As much praise as we give the Oline think we might be overrating them. Each guy has tape of him blowing a guy out opening a huge lane.

But reality in each game is they’ve made big mistakes too much

Too many sacks on our QB. Especially when you consider he escapes so much. Not good

Think we get caught up in that huge running lane for a big play they create also. That’s great. But yards per carry says they aren’t consistently doing that.

Stout is the man. The talent is there all across the Oline. But can’t argue the numbers somewhat here.

Pretty shocked at both of these numbers(sacks and per yard rush)

Leading the league in rushing TDs. Probably just because of, how would FL say it?, that ball hog Hurts.

Yeah. There are a lot of designed runs for Hurts to keep it. Toss in all of the successful QB sneaks for 1st downs & TD's, plus the RPO's when Hurts rushes the ball.

First downs and leading the league in rushing TDs is a good thing, right?

The exact money is tough. 8 mil is the high end of pay in my mind. Only half of MCaffrey money though.

And he is not half of McCaffery.  Investing in RB is already a good way not to win..  you definitely don't want to invest in anyone if you plan to use a committee.  Just a poor choice of allocation.

As long as we keep winning I'm fine with it. Wasn't sure if I needed to explain the why. When in doubt whip it out lol

Sanders the only guy that brings anything special. He has unprecedented low milage at his position. Think I started at 6 mil but climbed to 8. Starters making 20 mil now at many positions. Cox entering the twilight of his career. Still see him getting like 15 mil. So I’m just looking at the big picture. What guys can we keep around? Epps….should be affordable. Feel good to pay a homegrown talent also. Underdog that’s earned his position in the league. Big time S are getting 20 mil now though. Epps hasn’t made much in his career so far though. So 5 mil over four years for him, maybe? Edwards is the one that will hurt Rosie. We all know he doesn’t want to pay a LB big money. Guy is the leader of our D. Homegrown as well. I wouldn’t pay near 20 mil per for him. But still won’t be cheap. Sanders is affordable-ish….I’m thinking. I can see how you(No Mas) point towards a huge dropoff in pay at RB from the mega contracts to just falling off a cliff in pay to Ekeler. Not paying Sanders the high end Zeke/McCaffrey loot. Not even a question. But can’t see him signing for total peanuts either. Overpaying a RB is still a cheap option is kind of my point. We can only sign guys long term based on our cap situation. Signing Sanders for four years is very much an option I believe.

Nothing special. Bad investment.  Move on.

You win Sanders is better than Gainwell.   HAM CALLED IT.  4 years we see the 2nd round pick is better than the 5th round pick.   Still a bad investment.

Overpaying a RB is dumb.   It's the worst position to overpay.  The position does not translate into wins.

If you plan to use a committee...Overpaying one is just not smart.

After this year,  there is no minimum number of players you have to keep.

Because the RB position isn't one you would pay,  doesn't make for good investment because it's cheaper than paying other positions.

Bad idea.   Especially if you like the QB.

With Sanders….just think there is a huge gap between what he’s capable of doing and the other RBs we have.

And tou draft another guy.    Move on.  Bad investment.  Has nothing to do with comparison to what we have.  He's the best of a committee, also will be the most expensive...that's why we move on.

Has nothing to do with " I called it" or who the staff wanted to be good.   It's pure business.

Josh Allen really been screwing up lately. But that was such a huge throw today.

Why the Lions didn’t kill the clock is beyond me

And saying bad things about Josh Allen every week isn't making Hurts look better either.    The agenda is quite obvious.

Btw...Mahomes is your obvious MVP.

Hurts is fourth in passer rating

Just found that interesting for  a running QB.

Yeah... if you throw a 3 yard pass that gets run for 30 yards... the next guy throws  a 25 yard pass.  The first guy gets rated better.

Let the season play out and see what happens vs SF and Tampa when it's wn or go home.

But keep talking, I'm already anticipating the excuses....playcalling, a guy ran the wrong route, pass protection...etc.   the agenda is obvious, but ultimately won't matter one way or the other.   Home field with the 1 seed comes with SB or bust expectations.   MVP candidate comes with same.  It's no longer the lovable overachiever....especially once one becomes the highest paid player ( by double) on his team.

Enjoy the 2022 regular season...because life changes after this.

Which OL would you prefer over the Eagles?

Thought Allen started on fire. But he screwed up fir three straight weeks there. Made a huge throw today however. I’m not pushing agenda against Allen. Just what’s actually happened.

You let him walk then you have a hole. Feels like a third of our starters are FA.

Nothing to do with ‘called it.’ We need a killer RB room. I’d consider paying Sanders AND drafting a guy. Be huge for us.

I’ve said it would be soooo hard for Hurts to beat out Brady, Mahomes or Allen.

Yes I want Hurts to win MVP.But I don’t expect it to happen. But everybody seemingly has pointed to the huge errors Allen has been making lately. Just that obvious.

And that’s where you are stuck. You won’t actually look at each play week to week.

You don't need a killer RB room.  Tom Brady, the Chiefs, Rams and any the teams over the last few decades.. other than Seattle... aren't winning because of RB.

It's nice for fantasy.  It's nice for 1975.  But it's not what has been winning in the modern era.    Invest that money in the lines or elsewhere..or save it.   All would be better investments

No.... I think you have an issue.  Just name a team whose OL you would prefer to have over the Eagles?   It's an easy concept.  Doesn't mean that the OL is perfect.. it's simply comparing it to their piers.

You should want the Eagles to win the SB.  It should be obvious that is the only reason Hurts would even be considered an MVP candidate....the obligatory QB on the best team reason...it's obviously not because of any numbers.

When it comes to playoffs ...let's see what happens with Hurts and Allen.

Yeah....you have been pointing this out for a few weeks now with Allen.  Our team is the Eagles....why constantly bring up Allen?    It's an obvious agenda.   I don't see you doing this with anyone else ... why is that?   We have NFC rivals you talk less about.
