So we're back to semantics again. Potenial/goal whatever the EFF you want to call it

Because Tampa left guys open and didn't tackle...it's why we got 48 today.

So that's on them. The goal was reached today

25.6 PPG s what we had last year(you can look it up)

I know it is..I'm saying a lot of that was garbage.  If we needed to score 25 last year vs a good team,it wasn't happening...until garbage time.  Now we are putting up points when it matters.  Not just to raise the average

Then with this schedule very similar to last year, "garbage" points should be NP at all?

Right.... so the other games when you were disgusted because we only scored 24 vs Minn...they actually tackled and covered to not allow us to score long TDs.   We moved thr ball methodically to use clock..then a FG was blocked...not sure that is foot off the gas?

It's not the schedule bro...it's the game situation.  Much different this year.

So for me we can score 32 PPG,your goals aren't the same,so what? It's not changing that I think we can score 32 PPG. That's my bar and I'm not lowering it,move your bar wherever you want

32 PPG AVERAGE. SOme will be higher some lower but there is no reason under the sun we can't be 1 TD per game better than last year

Easy schedule again. We're not playing KC,Buffalo, SF every week here

That's just great.   I'll say in my mind we were an 18 or 19 point per game offense last year.. this year we are more than a score better. Why...because we could score more if needed. Last year we couldn't.

Stopping at 29 while winning by 20...is much better than scoring that last garbage TD so now we lose 35 to 26.

I agree.. I think we are 10-11 points better than last year..in reality.

Week 1,our offense scored alot. They did their jobs. The D was pathetic. once again that has zero to do with points SCORED

That's all I'm saying LOL(I only asked for 7 more) and everyone has a heart attack

I think we can score 40 any time we need it vs this schedule.   We just don't need it.  That's a big reason we aren't scoring it.

Actually it's 6.4 more PPG if you want to get techincal

Well...I got 11 more in my mind...so I'm good.

Great so 32 should not be a problem

IDK why everyone is having a fit over my opinions because they aren't changing

I'm not getting technical...because my point has been...do not use the final numbers as a gauge to compare the offenses.

32 is no problem...when needed...it hasn't been needed.

Because we take our foot off the gas. That is UNDERSTANDABLE,but saying 6.4 PPG is unrealistic is hogwash

Anyway I am moving on now

Houston could have went up 10 points with about 3 or 4 minutes left.....come on chokers.  1st and goal on the 4 and no points?  Come on.

No way can you compare that to when we played them.

I never said unrealistic....I'm saying we already are putting up like closer to 12 points better.

How many points did the Giants score today?

29.3 now vs 25.6 last year,a far cry from 12 bro,but I'm done with this

Right... 25.6 was BS....too many garage points.  This year...with the exception of today...no real garbage points.

The 2021 Eagles scored the 3rd most points in franchise history.     I've been a fan since the 70s.... no way was last year the 3rd best Eagles offense that I've seen.

My point... you can't just look at the points scored as an indicator of the offense.   Could we score more...absolutely.   12-1 because they manage the game well.  The right way.   In the 12 wins... only the Colts have had their offense on the field with  chance to win the game at the end.

The game was managed well to not allow the opponent to win. 11 out of 12 times.  The other time, the offense has to come back from 10 down and score a TD the last two drives.

Huge matchup with Saints vs Falcons... a Saints win can actually drop the pick 4 slots, from 5 to 9.

Actually pick can drop to 11.  Huge game. Good luck to the rookie QB.
