Kinda. He hit someone that was walking on the road, and was drinking the night before. He didn't really get any sever punishment. He was charged with DUI Manslaughter and did like less than a month in jail.

It's possible he wasn't impaired.  I don't know what the evidence is of his impairment but would imagine there's testing which supports he was intoxicated.  It's infuriating and I feel for the family of the victim.

Tua is a mess.  He has a better arm but he is bad at decision making and his accuracy is terrible.  I think he's marginally better than Hurts but he's more prone to throwing interceptions and can't run like Hurts.

I know situations like Ruggs has happened before in NFL, not resulting in death but NFL has plenty of DUI to its name, but I was worried about NFL players living in Vegas. I do wonder if this could be the first case of many incidents of guys that play in Vegas for the Raiders. Ruggs is perfect example of the 22 year old fresh out of college with millions in his bank now, playing for NFL, living in Vegas, and doing stupid sheet.

Agreed. Just thought the cap aspect was interesting as he thinks it's less than what other people having been saying, and is one of the more complicated contracts. 

Ruggs' high school best friend died in a car accident. It's a shame Ruggs didn't learn from that experience.

Oh yeah sorry I should clarified that your tweet is why I believe he won’t be traded, even if dead money hit is less than what people are saying. It was more of in support of what you said
