So was Cooper the correct answer?

I think he had 3 TDs in that game.  Djax had 1 wide open.  Shady I think caught 1.  Who else?

Ertz, it was his first career TD

I guarantee you.....the Colts think about this scenario a lot less than the Eagles or Philly fans do.....

Of course they think about it less.  They are a semi competitive team in a playoff race.  Their primary goal is to win games.

As Eagles fans, the most entertaining part of our season is rooting for the dolphins to lose and the Wentz pick to be a 1.

Yes Racist Riley was the answer.

Celek

Cooper 3

Ertz

McCoy

DeSean

The super secret pow wow between Frank and Carson when they all agree to sit him and come up with an elective surgery is going to be on the new Hard Knocks.

Probably Cooper's best game of his career.

If they win the next two games....it's not gonna happen.  Unless he misses time between now and the Houston game.  A pro football team isn't going to sit the new QB they just traded for to save a 1st from becoming a 2nd.  Period...His frame of mind and work with the rest of the offense is more valuable to them then the difference between a 2nd and a 1st.

I guarantee if the following two things happen, we get the 1st.

- Indy goes at least 2-2 in their next 4 games.

- Wentz doesn't miss any time in the next 4 games..

It's ridiculous to speculate them benching him right now.  Contrarian and pointless.

I actually think they just need to win the jets and jags games in order to get the first (assuming he stays healthy during those game, and the following two). They win those they are going to be likely at worse 6-7 heading into their bye week. They won’t bench him at that point cause they’ll likely be a game maybe 2 behind the last wild card.

If they lose either one of the next two i see them benching him to protect that pick cause i don’t see them going on the road back to back weeks beating the bills or Bucs. That’s why tonight and next week’s jags games are huge for the eagles getting that pick.

I’d prefer a Colts loss tonight, I don’t think Wentz gets benched as a healthy scratch no matter the circumstances. Colts still have a chance being down a few games considering Titans just lost their best player.

Indeed. Besides those guys already mentioned, Jimmy Page, Jeff Beck, Townsend...

Can’t discuss guitar playing, especially blues guitar, of that era without including Keith Richards. Style all his own.  Really an unsung genius.

Speaking or rhythm sections, McCartney and Starr, Wyman and Watts, Bruce and Baker and IMO, the best of all times, Entwistle and Moon.

I'll be rooting for Wentz today because I think if he stinks it up and they lose to the Jets, all bets are off.

yeah , win tonite and they still have jags twice and texans once so they still should be thinking they are chasing the titans

The very best probably, very closely followed by John Paul Jones and Bonham. JPJ is one of the most underrated musicians of all time, in my opinion. Man is an absolute genius, completely overshadowed by the other three mega stars in the band. As any good bass player should be.

Well, sort of. Congress was not authorized to raise and support armies until 1787 when the delegates approved the Constitution (Article 1, Section 8, Clause 12) and it was not until 1789 that it was ratified, and it wasn't until 1790 that the unit reached its full complement of 700 men. Which is why I said it was furry.

But yeah, that date is as good as any and better than most.

Agreed... 'sort of'... but Congress did authorize raising and supporting (sort of) the Continental Army back in 1775. The Articles of Confederation, ratified in 1781, allowed Congress to raise troops for the common defense of the United States.   And after the signing of the Treaty of Paris (1783), the Continental Army was disbanded... except for 1 regiment.  On June 2, 1784 that regiment was also disbanded, and the 1st American Regiment was created (even if only on paper) by Congress on June 3, 1784.

Even if they lose one of the next two, I don't see them benching him.  It's too early.  You don't tell the rest of your team that you're giving up on a season for what equates to be the difference between one round in the draft.  Not that early.  Teams feel like they can win every game.  So even if they lose one of the next two, they still are preparing to win the next 2.  Tampa just lost to New Orleans.  Anything can happen.

Idk if they lose to the jets and jags I’m guessing he didn’t play very well in those games unless it’s like a 38-35 type shootout in those games.

Even if he does lose the next two, I’m guessing he’s still playing bills and Bucs. Cause even then he’s not likely met the threshold. Really week 13 is when he’s going to likely cross the 75%. Even if he missed the last 4 weeks i don’t think the colts would get enough snaps to make him below the 75% if he plays through week 13 and doesn’t miss time. maybe they pull off the upset but if they lost the next two weeks then it’s very likely they could  be 3-9 at that point. If they are somehow 3-9 after week 12 there’s a high likelihood they could use the "his ankles are bothering him” excuse to just bench him. Imo me he has to get through week 13 against the Texans to get that pick and really rests on him beating the jets tonight and jags next week

that said i think they are likely 5-7 or 6-6 heading into that Texans game so he’s gonna play.

This is a Bill Walsh quote!

Between his musical ability, and Pages writing ability.....  incredible, unmatched.

Add in Bonham's hard hitting style.  The music stands the test of time

one of my fav (sad JPJ was not there)

Wow. All the years are running together. That was a terrible guess.
