A great bass player to me that flies under the radar because she was strictly recording is Carol Kaye who was with the Wrecking Crew. She recorded mainly with Hal Blaine and Earl Palmer who both are awesome drummers too. That studio band played on hundreds of hits and killed it.

Great call! That’s her on "These boots were made for walking.” That descending bass line is classic.

The Texans clearly didn't have time to actually watch Wilson's tape.

Maybe they’re just looking for that sweet, sweet #1 pick.

Most folks don’t realize how big Brian Mitchell was. He played at 225 and he ran hard. He was a tank.

Plus, we saw old, washed up Brian Mitchell. He was still very good. Prime Brian Mitchell was special.

Not sure where his logic is with this.

Man people throw around "washed up" way too much

Perfect, off the hook for the Wilson disaster.

They tried to watch the tape with Wilson.  But he was never in the frame near the ball.

F you Howie is trash.  2018 actually looks good with Goedert, Maddox and Mailata.

Don't forget Josh Sweat.

2018 is a very good class for Howie, especially considering we had the lowest picks.

Helping us clear some space for that future watson trade lol.

Also walked away with the 2nd rounder in 2019 that turned into Sanders.

We aren't really. I don't know why they are saying that. We gave him a deal with voidable years and a higher signing bonus than base salary. We are off the hook for half his base salary but that's like only $500k. OTC says we have dead money for him in 2021 of $1,378,000 and 2022 of $1,372,000

Yes indeed. And Mailata and Sweat are still only 24. Great draft.

Dead on, she's great. One of my favorite videos:

Carol teaches Gene Simmons how to play

Hypothetically, say it's draft night 2022 and the Eagles 3 first round picks, wherever they fall are in spots where Thibodeaux and Stingley aren't available, they've already been taken. I'm picking those names, because they seem to be the most popular targets among Eagles fans. And these are your options. What are you picking

1. Stand pat and take best available with all 3 picks and go into 2022 with Hurts again.

2. Trade at least 2 of them for Russell Wilson

3. Trade down with at least 2 of them for 2023 first picks hoping 2023 has a better QB class and go into 2022 with Hurts.

What option are you picking?

The haters, of which there are many, will somehow argue it was a bad draft class.

they didn’t take a 2.2 mil dead money hit. So could’ve been in worse position.

I'd probably trade 2 for Wilson.
