We even worked out 3 a few days ago but I guess none were worth a lousy PS spot

I forgot about Ertz to Covid list.   I think they believe he may come back by Monday Night since he was vaccinated.  He's still eligible.  But, the one spot remaining open is a mystery.

If he isn't practicing by tomorrow I doubt they let him get on a plane Sunday.

If it was Covid they would have to disclose it.  It's not likely Covid and I think any cold like symptom they are telling players not to come to the facilities.

With one guy testing positive I'm sure they increased testing this week as well.

They listed other players this week not practicing due to illness, so maybe it's not COVID related.  Could be a stomach bug or something like that.  And it didn't sound at any time that any of them were put into the protocols.

They drafted Reggie Brown instead.  Brown looked good until he got injured and then Avant and Curtis took his spot.  Also if they had drafted Gore, they probably wouldn't have drafted McCoy.

It doesn't seem like it's incredibly serious as they didn't have to cart him, but it's also not great they are still evaluating it 24 hours later. Knee sprain has a wide range of possibilities

I think they would know pretty quickly if it was an ACL.  Let's just hope for the best for him. 

Also worth noting Mailata finished practice and told the trainers about it after, otherwise he would have been a LP yesterday

From what we have seen from sports teams is the longer it goes without them saying what it is the more likely it is ACL or something serious.

Don't necessarily need a cart for ACL and players have continued playing on one in games after suffering the injury so this doesn't really rule it out.
