I walked away from the Eagles for two years when they signed Vick. I will do so again if they get Watson. That’s just me. I would not expect anyone else to do it.

I would as well.  A lot would have to happen in the Watson situation for me not to walk away.

These throws by Vick are just ridiculous.   The distance isn't the remarkable thing... the angle of delivery.   These are like 20 degrees.  That first throw goes from the 4 to the opposite 34... 62 yards, and the angle of release is just NUTS to get the ball that far, that fast! (2.8 seconds)   A lot of QBs can make a throw that distance, very very few have ever been able to make that throw with that trajectory.  The next one... from the 19 on the far hash to the 24 outside the numbers on the opposite side of the field...that's 60 yards (2.5 seconds).  And it seemed effortless in his release.   Just ridiculous arm strength and accuracy on the deep balls.  It would be tough to find a better duo than him throwing deep to Desean.

Back when I had to do these a company had 2 columns needs improvement and meets basic requirements. I check that I met basic requirements on everything. When my boss sat down with me I explained "look if I didn't meet "basic" requirements I wouldn't be here, right"?

He may be a 1 trick pony. But if you have him running clearouts for Smith to abuse CBs in the short and intermediate area, thats not bad at all. With the health, the drops, and the lack of route running, hes probably just not worth the cost of a trade, and extension.

So... then we seem to have a gap to the next tier... and I'll ask folks to rank the next 5 DEs (Listed alphabetically so that I don't bias the rankings of folks) and share their reasons for why they are ranked like that.
