A couple of days ago I commented that Cox didn't have a position in our defense. Not quick enough for DE and unwilling or unable to do the dirty work in the 4i either as a DT or NT. So, I am not surprised.

Talking all things tourney, Iowa just got jobbed by the officials ( and not just because they were one of my final four teams )

Back to back trips, clear fouls, one on a 3, and the refs swallowed their whistles.  Even the announcers said they were clear fouls.

Hard to imagine a scenario where 2022 isn't a total punt season. Which would be fine, I'm all for building, but this team has been hard to watch really since 2018, but more specifically the last 2 seasons. Gonna be quite a while before this team is in contention again.

Yep. And it’s probably something big the way everything is going. It’s been super quiet and they just cleared enough cap for rookies to sign post June 1 and more.

My southwest bracket is f'd.  I took S. Dak St to upset Providence and Iowa.  I do have Arizona going to the final 4 so maybe things will improve.

Agree with your analysis. Also pretty telling they were trying to trade him last year and even rumors before free agency. I am surprised they said they are gonna try to bring him back. Frankly I’d move on and he’s going to go somewhere else where he’s closer to winking a title and get a nice payday. 

Geez, I'm not a Baker fan, but a conditional 3rd would be worth it.
