I have two Geo Thermal systems, one for one half of the house and one for the other half. The bedroom side of the house was replaced in 2015 (or 16). It was around $9500 or so. For that exact same unit from the exact same installer, it's now $15k. 

I've actually needed to replace the old one for a while, but it's never been a very good system. If it's below about 50 outside, it can't heat, just blows somewhat cool air. If it's above about 75, it REALLY struggles to cool and can maintain about 76. But if it's above 95, forget about it. 

We've made due by using gas logs in the winter and a portable AC for the family room in the summer (along with a small space heater for that room in the winter).

Donations are awesome and a fast way to raise money, but I know that inflation is hitting everyone. Both in grocery prices and gas prices. So those alternate ways to get the board money are good ways to help, without digging into your wallet for something that you wouldn't already be buying anyway and little by little, using our links throughout the year, can 100% fully fund the board without the need for donations.

I was all in on Watson and I completely stand by everything I argued about the Eagles getting him, and I still do. If the Eagles could get him I think it would be a franchise changing move.

With all that said, even I have to admit, teams pathetically lining up like sheep to try and beg a dude who is accused of sexual assault by so many women just is a really bad look. It's the sports equivalent of the ugly rich guy buying the attractive women thousands of dollars worth of gifts just hoping one day she'll F him.

And "keys to the city"?

Just make sure those keys don't open up any massage parlors after closing.
