If Thibodeaux falls past 10, the Eagles have to move up and get him as long as it doesn't cost a 1st. He and Reddick coming off the edge would be dynamic.

I can see Julian and his bff Alec having more and more influence on the draft...

Julian is going to snort lines of Adderall while running VLOOKUP's on Excel files and end up taking Nick Cross

Anyone know how much Jordan Davis can bench?  I've heard others (message boards so take with a grain of salt) say his personal best is only around 250-275 pounds but can't seem to find anything anywhere.  He skipped the bench at combine I believe.

https://www.espn.com/college-football/story/_/id/32486465/the-legend-jordan-davis-growing-lead-georgia-bulldogs-football-promised-land

This said in High School he also struggled to bench half his weight when he weighed 300 pounds

Generally speaking, to be a supreme athlete like Davis is, with phenomenal jumps, speed and that 10 yard split, represents a level of lower body strength that is great. To have that level of strength usually means they take the weight room and workouts very seriously, so I would be very surprised if he can't bench 225 for at least 20 at this point

I'd also say the bench is a little overrated for offensive and defensive lineman. Upper body strength does matter, but the majority of the force you're producing is coming from your posterior chain and quads. He very clearly is very very strong there

What if we could get Booth, Davis, Anderson round 1, and trade up in round 2 for Ojabo?

That's going to take another year to bare all its fruits but you got 4 potential franchise cornerstones on the defensive side of the ball.

I'd still draft a safety in the 4th or 5th. And sign Mathieu for competitiveness this year.

Defense will be dominant for years to come.

Maybe I'm having a brain fart... Who is Anderson for round 1?  Adam?

Howie will draft another safety before him and we'll all scream at our TVs.

If the 4.7s scare them off that's completely understandable imo. That's not a passable time for a safety. When you can have someone like Daxton Hill instead,  even more understandable.

But I'd personally take a chance on him with any of our picks. It very may well be wrong.  But I think I'd do it.

That's my bad.  I confuse myself sometimes with the president sounding names.  Hamilton is who I meant.

Dream scenario. Thibodeaux, Hamilton, and Lloyd/Booth...George Pickens/Watson in the 2nd.

He plays fast on the field and looked elite enough to be a top 5 pick. Take a chance on him the same way they should have picked Jefferson over JR.

Everyone, a moment of silence in remembrance of Edwin and the April Fools Day Massacre on the old EMB... when was it, 2015?

Hamilton ran a 4.6 and a 4.7.  I think that's concerning for a safety.

There’s only one day a year I can say this….

Jalen Hurts is a good quarterback.

He ran a 4.7 and a 4.74

It's more than concerning. It's really not an acceptable time.

Thoughts on Velus Jones Jr. ???  Didn't watch much Tennessee this year but 6 foot 204 pound WR in SEC who runs a 4.31 40 makes me raise a brow

Want. If for nothing else, to solve our returner situation.

Another girl supposedly had come out

Yup, last I heard two separate girls about a year apart have accused him of sexual assault or rape and both cases are pending and I doubt either are resolved before the draft which would lead me to believe he won't be drafted at all.

Play stupid games win stupid prizes.👎

He's the USC transfer correct?  If so, yes he would be great for the return game.

Not when you watch him on the field. I don't buy those times.

4 time pro bowler Kam chancellor ran a 4.69

Not to mention reportedly Hamilton is also dealing with a not totally healed knee Injury which is affecting his times.

Hamilton sure as heck doesnt look slow on tape, Every thing I've watched from him playing actual football he looks like the fastest guy on the field.

If the bolded part is true, then he wont fall. Unless the knee injury is something that is concerning.

Something tells me its not true because no one is really talking about it. They are talking about a major slide.

No, but you are expecting big improvement from him this year, right?  When do you expect to see evidence by?

It was after just 7 games that they pulled the plug on Hurts throwing the ball as frequently.

I love the World Cup, it's about the only time I'll watch soccer. Even more awesome that we finally made it (though we aren't going anywhere).

The year the US was actually good and played in the jungle in Brazil was amazing.  I think they played in the middle of the day during the week and I'm pretty sure every sports bar in America was completely packed.

Spadaro teased a massive "upgrade" to the boards. On April 1st it happened. They became very ugly. Werent even eagles colors anymore. Nothing worked. Many features were deleted. I think a ton of people were locked out and couldnt log in anymore. .phil created new boards for us to use. Lots of people went over there. Spadaro continued trying to hype the new setup as a massive upgrade. (The NFL wanted everyone using the same exact format, and despite always winning awards they didnt go to the eagles format. We had something similar to Washingtons's boards.) Eventually Dave actually got the board fixed. I dont remember how/what he did but we were allowed to switch to something much more similar that eventually grew in to what we are using today.

In the meantime there was a new section created similar to ask dave where you could ask questions to the stupid tech people who were "upgrading" our boards. And this Edwin guy was like the lead man on the project who Dave was hyping as some brilliant developer. Edwin has been a running joke ever since then. He is infamous.
