iirc it wasnt a full pec tear. I think the concern has been overblown. Meniscus surgery is typically a quick recovery. I dont think he is red shirting. I think he will play.

Dean has better instincts and makes more plays than anyLB in the draft.  Health is important of course but this wasn’t a leg issue, this wasn’t jaylon smith, Sidney Jones etc.  He will heal up and he will be the captain and centerpiece of the defense before the end of this season
