I don't think it's being over blown if it wasn't that big a deal he would have been drafted way before 83.

Even without the Injuries I still didnt like him as a prospect because of his size.

His best asset is in coverage but this isn't college anymore, some OC is going to match a 6'5" TE that runs a 4.6 on him and Dean will get smoked.

His lack of length will be a detriment In coverage.

Despite CB and S, I feel the defense has been improved.  I think running the D the way Gannon has it designed, being ABLE to run it the way he plans, is going to make the CB and S positions easier to play. Theyre just able to use more players in coverage now.

I just wanted to give Howie some credit.  I still think he should have been fired a year ago though.  

I'd trade a future 3 for a 4 this year to land Strong.
