The player that makes sense for the Eagles would be Marcus Davenport.  He's young, at a position of need. I would just think he's lowdown on their list of players to trade.

He's either unhinged or setting an alibi. Possibly both.

Do not want him in Dallas.

That would be a terrible trade; in essence you're trading from 19 out of the first round and only recovering pick #65 in the 3rd round.  The swap 142 for 151 is rather inconsequential.

You'd be better off swapping #16 for #27 and 59, keeping the 5th year of control on that last player you've drafted after the trade-back.

.... or #19 for #32 and 64.

Loved that dude when he came out. Was no way we were getting high enough that draft

Lil'Jordan Humphrey. He was born with swag.

Speaking of which. If you hire Sean Payton the Head Coach, you get Sean Payton the the GM too.  And the GM is not that great and they both did the dirty on the Saints (which entertains me) when their bad decisions hit the end of the road. I don't think Lurie would wamt Chip Kelly with a bigger ego in town

The Cowboys will hire Peyton, he is Jerry Jones' man crush.

Payton in Dallas is scary but the negative is that Payton would want a say in draft picks.  I don't think that's a positive for the Cowboys.

Salt Lake and Park City(specifically Park City) are probably my top 5 American Cities. We were supposed to do PC but Covid ruined it.

It's crazy in San Fran you have homeless pooping right there in main intersections. Nervous to walk around after dark with the muggings and robberies. the majority of the infrastructure and even appearances on the main drag/main placers were dumpy and trash.

I'm doing Hawaii (Kaui, Maui and O'ahu) for 14 days in May and cant wait. (3rd time going)

Also pumped about Big sky next November. Never been

As great as Salt Lake City is, I was shocked at the amount of homeless people there.  Every corner we turned.  Not what I expected at all, especially for a colder climate city.  Maybe @Utebird can spread some light on the situation.

DAL don't have any problem with offense; their problems are with culture -- and Payton only contributes and adds to a bad culture.

He pulled a Pete Carrol/USC move and basically left the Saints in shambles.  He legit thought he was so smart he could turn Taysom Hill into a starter.  Way overrated, let the Cowboys have fun with that

Mike McCarthy is a career full of poor decision making, like running your QB up the middle of the field with 14 seconds left in the game and no timeouts.  Sean Payton would be a major upgrade.

Well guys it almost that time of year for Prospects and I already found my Sleeper WR for the Eagles. IMO this guy won’t be a sleeper for long after the senior bowl and Combine

Christain Watson NDSU (yes that NDSU)

6’5 210

He’s fast big and a good route runner with good body control. Expected to run a low 4.4 which drew some comparisons to Randy Moss. He’s not that fast but very nice speed for his size. Actually ran back kicks at NDSU. Love him as a 2nd 3rd rounder but I got a feeling this guy is gonna climb up the boards fast.

Wasn't  Payton a Parcells disciple?

At this point in his career, why would he want to regularly be standing behind Jones at the podium.

Payton takes a year off. If McCarthy screws the pooch again (likely), he's out and Payton's in.

I think there's far more that goes into it vs. just whether there are state taxes.  I mean why would Ramsey want out of Jax to go to LA if his sole consideration was state income tax.  I don't think for most players it's a primary consideration.  I am not saying it doesn't make a difference. I just don't think those teams are that impacted in getting quality FAs.

I wonder if NFL players are able to play residency games to manage taxes.

I always say people argue just to argue on here, but seeing people defend and die on the San Fran Hill is a new one lol.

between crime, the filth, taxes and everything else Forbes has San Fran as one of the Worlds Worst City...WORLDS worst city lol

Must be a pretty terrible city if almost 8 million people live in the area.

For the record I think San Fran is a beautiful city that has a very big scar with its homeless population. There is endless amounts of things to do there.
