We’re getting Michael Thomas whose going to run slants and never get the ball thrown to him

The important thing is how well he can block.  Is he an enforcer?   We'll need to replace JJAW's contributions.

What do you mean by this?  Luck was one of the best QB's in the league from day 1 and carried a terrible team with nobody on either side of the ball, especially at OL for a few years before injuries mounted.  He absolutely lived up to his hype.  He out-dueled the legend he replaced as a rookie as well.

Its not a slight at Luck, I think the colts ruined him. Its that he was a sure fire pick and great player, but even that's no guarantee you're going to win a championships.

That seems like a lot.  Didn't he sit out a year?   I bet he forgot how to play football.

Seriously though... that ankle injury would be a concern.  How healthy will he be?  Then again, since when has Howie worried about that?

I am not sure you want the headache that comes with Michael Thomas. he got into a fight over Twitter with Brandin Cooks before he was traded. And then I believe there was another incident where he got into a fight with Gardner-Johnson

We need a WR with some fight in him to pick up the banner for Reagor who posts to Twitter to rile up the fanbase.

Next year isn't about Jalen Hurts and his development, that ship sailed this year. Sirianni didn't come here to put out a run first offense and have his QB run RPO's majority of the game. Taking on 3 1st round contracts in one year will put them in rough shape down the line, especially if they don't pan out. It is a much better use of resources to spread them out and try to trade out/down and pick up extra picks for 2023. As it stands now the Eagles only have 6 picks for 2023.

The plan doesn't guarantee they would get a top QB in the 2023 draft, but it 100% puts them in a better position to try to get one if they fall in love with a prospect.

The O is RO and PA...Hurts struggled mightily with the RPO.

JFC, that was 23 years ago.  Angelo is unlistenable.  From 10 am-6 pm, it's really not bad.  The hosts are good for the most part.  You get you moronic callers every now and then, but nothing like it used to be back in the day.  I travel all over and have heard sports talk all over the east coast.  Philly is not as bad as you think...The morning show is bad...no doubt.

When they were on 610 it was so much better...since moving to the big time FM airwaves they went downhill from an actual fan perspective.  They've had to buy into the hysteria community to gen new listeners.  At least that's my theory.

Sean Payton realizing he’s stuck with taysom hill at Qb and $70 mil over the cap

Hill wouldn't have that contract if he wasn't 'part' of Payton's plan.

Don't think Doug is getting a HC gig. Bet he's regretting that meeting with Lowie now.

I thought the Lions DC was that bum DB's coach we used to have. Did he get fired already?

Todd Bowles?

Anybody know much about Illinois safety Kerby Joseph? I haven’t watched him, but I’ve read a lot of good things. Sounds like a third-round safety.

Have you ever been to San Fran?  Don't answer that....I can tell you haven't.  F-ing great town!!  The whole region (minus parts of Oakland) is awesome.

SF is a mess...too big, infrastructure can't handle the people.  There's legal shoot houses, poop on the streets.  It's a split city with Oakland.  Prices of everything are outrageous.  Berkley.

Outside of that, the area around it as soon as you leave the city (to include San Josey) is amazing...but that's the hills of Cali.

Yeah, you can work remotely for Google and still earn a Palo Alto salary in Texas. Folks have been migrating down to Philly from NYC for awhile for the same reason.

My buddy became a realtor outside of Sacramento when he got out of the military, sold my condo when I left the area.  He's flooded with people leaving SF for the hills because of the remote working.  He's sitting on a couple who's ready to drop 1.5m in cash when they find their dream home out in Auburn CA.

As great as Salt Lake City is, I was shocked at the amount of homeless people there.  Every corner we turned.  Not what I expected at all, especially for a colder climate city.  Maybe @Utebird can spread some light on the situation.

It's everywhere...I'm out here in Colorado Springs and the homeless population out here is insane.

Why is a missed face mask that costs a team 4 points okay, but when it’s immediately followed by a missed PI (costing a team 4 points) it’s the worst thing that has ever happened?

And the multiple missed blatant holds that allowed that PI to happen.

Did the bears hire someone already? I don't see why he wouldn't be a front runner for that job. Leftwich was always going to be the favorite for Jacksonville. He's a good coach with ties to the organization at a time when they really need to get something right, the fans were literally dressing up like clowns at the games

Cool

Am I wrong though?  If it wasn't for the half working BART, that city would be completely impossible to live in.

That's every major city in America though.

If he's still with us after this offseason I hope one of the reporters has the balls to ask Howie and Nick why he's on the team and then laugh when they mention blocking

Not all. Largely the democrat controlled ones. I can tell you Indy isnt that way but the city is relatively snall
