I just don't think that's the case. The Eagles keep popping up as a landing spot for Watson and Wilson. Eagles rumors for players happen all the time. I hope they are right this time but I think they are not. On a side note I loved Brandon Brooks but his time for us has come (probably 2 years ago actually). Nice to see him working with the team

All Watson has to do is let them know he will waive his NTC, and they will move Heaven and Earth to go get him.

January 26, 20223 yr Can't help but question people's morals as they clamor for someone who has sexually assaulted so many women like Watson.

No. Second chances are fine, but I prefer not to have that kind of guy. Giving up high picks like a first on top of giving a second chance? Screw that. Also, Watson wants to play GM. Screw that again.

January 26, 20223 yr Sad to see Brooks go. Stand up guy and great player will be curious to see what Leftwich can do with Lawrence. Dont really know what to expect with that team/organization

But spare me with the sexual assault BS. He's a d bag though, there's no denying that. A perverted millionaire shouldn't have to pay for sex but I'd be a lot happier if that was the case vs being a perverted millionaire that felt it was his right to assault women. Not saying I agree with it, but............ if he's paying for it that his business, no? I'm gonna guess though that Lurie will have someone check into it (or even is right now) before he would approve any trade.

Stand up guy and great player I figured he was saving himself for next season/team given the writing on the wall that he’d be cut. To just retire seems a bit disappointing to me, as he kind of quit mid season and would’ve been a timely reinforcement after Driscoll/Herbig went down and we were playoff bound. But seemingly all he’s done for years is rehab - so he might have just reached that stopping point mentally. Good signing overall and when healthy one of the best at his position.
