Hey there’s the possibility that in that 2023 mocks that I’m gonna trade back and have zero first rounders and like 20 picks in the second and third round

Unless we're getting value (ex: a 1st round pick in Dickerson falling into RD2), pass. DL or DBs. I think a guy that is a bit under the radar and is already int the team is Kayode owasika. He played tackle in college but was moved to guard, he's 6'5" listed at 315 and has good feet. I think he's going to compete for the roster next year and if Anything could push Opeta off possibly push for some PT.

End of the day, scumbags are gonna scumbag and you need stiffer Penalties . The whole point of sending someone to jail/prison should be rehabilitation. This is not a goal for the US prison system. Many other countries don't have life sentences, or if someone gets a life sentence it is not truly for their entire life like it is in the US. You don't see those countries burning down because of lighter sentences, they actually try and invest in rehabilitation.
January 26, 20223 yr I have to stop myself from trading down so much in the Pro Football Network simulation. I just ended up with 7 picks in the first four rounds, plus:

If Kelce retires that leaves the Eagles with an OL for 2022 and beyond of: Johnson-Driscoll-Seumalo-Dickerson-Mailata. (Flip C and LG if you like) Herbig is RFA. Opeta, Dillard, Clark, Anderson, Awosika, Toth as depth for now. Have to think Howie will trade Dillard to give him a chance to start elsewhere. Going from RT to LT messed with my head more than I'd like to admit lol Is Seumalo the backup C? I thought he was the backup LG? Or was he one of those guys we have that can play multiple spots?

Not that I'm necessarily advocating for Russell Wilson (because I think his wife will push him toward NY or LV), but is it because you think he's too expensive, too old and declining, the product of a SEA system, or just don't think his upside was ever really that good?

I'd rather have him at C than Dickerson.

A year under Kelce and Stoutland can do wonders for him. Can probably be had for a 3rd or 4th rounder. I don’t know - do look for a center-only unicorn or go out and find Dickerson 2.0 and stick’em in the middle? You lose some of the outside runs, but pass protection and the IZ runs are more dependable.

Too expensive, too old and declining. We are still 2 seasons away from potentially being truly relevant. That puts Wilson at 36ish. He also hampers our ability to build the rest of the roster. I'm a Badger fan, I LOVED him coming out and wanted him badly in 2012...but it's been too long. 4-5 years ago? In a heartbeat.

Fine with Linderbaum, there will be some good guard types in round 2 we can target rather than Green in round 1. They may want to look at FA for guard or center since they should have some decent money this FA period.

Look at Sweden, It's gorgeous(went there in 2011), low crime, soft laws and truly believe in Rehab. They also have a ridiculous amount of natural rescourse(that theyre allowed to use) and only 10 million people and a ridiculous tax rate. And I disagree that all Jail/Prison should be about rehab. Theres a ton of cases where jail/Prison should be used to keep the offender away from other people for a long long time, if not forever. Sorry what does this mean exactly? Are you saying America is lacking in natural resources?
January 26, 20223 yr I wonder how long until Kelce says that he'll keep playing or decide to retire. I assume he'll let Howie, Lurie, and Nick know before the draft

We already have the generic IOL replacement in Isaac ready to go, Dylan gives us a shot at a replacement in the Kelce mold at a relatively reasonable cost. Worth a shot IMO.
