People kept saying no But I have been saying the last month plus if Howie has any chance to get Pickett then he will be an Eagle. Just too many signs showing Howie loves this kid and what he brings to the table in the style offense they are looking for in Philly. 

Key is will they get the chance to get him or will he be out of reach? 

Boards will change some after the Combine as well; don't forget the Senior Bowl doesn't include the "elite" underclassmen who have all declared.

I'll take an early wild guess which players will be off the board in the top 14:

 

3 QBs -- Pickett, Willis, Corral

1 Safety -- Kyle Hamilton

3 Edge rushers -- Thibodeaux, Karlaftis (? -- he's hit or miss), Hutchinson

2 CBs -- Stingley, Booth

2 WR -- Garrett Wilson, Treylon Burks (? -- depends on his combine 40)

3 OL -- Neal, Ekwonu, either Green or Cross

 

If it actually fell that way (slim chance) then I believe the Eagles could still get 3 really good defensive players if they chose to (3 of Ojabo, Gardner, Lloyd, Davis, Linderbaum, Leal, Elam, etc.)

I feel like the more QBs, WRs, and OL go off early the better it is for the Eagles.  If defense dominates the early selections then the Eagles have some interesting choices to make.

I think Pickett goes top 10 for sure.  Depends how far the Steelers want to trade up.  I've heard Willis will be QB1 off the board, though.  Hard to imagine but it's possible.  I still think 3 QBs go top 11.

Kind of reminds me of watching Justin Jefferson in college where he didn't look explosive or twitchy but was always open.
