Putting aside one’s stance on the issue, we should all agree that it is egregious and dangerous that this was leaked. Draft opinions should remain private and debated among the justices. Not every cas

Honest question -- what states allow abortion in the 3rd trimester, or up to the point of birth? CA doesn't. The only 2 that seem to allow it at anytime are Vermont and Oregon per the link below. So 2 smaller states, and yes those laws are abhorrent. But the talking point is this happens everywhere.

Oh c'mon dude, you know it doesn't matter. Talking points are now invented from whole cloth. Any shred of truth is purely coincidental.

How would you feel if I started a petition to outlaw vasectomies?  You need to account for all that sperm, there's no killing it, right?

I’m surprised it took this long for this ridiculous argument to be made.

These women are giving birth.

IN THE NINTH MONTH!!!

There's the slippery slope we were talking about. Women tend to give birth in the ninth month naturally. They want to control women's bodies.

The party of liberty who cried foul over the thought of registering their guns in a federal database suddenly sees no issue with registering their own pregnant wives in a federal database. Sounds about right for deep south fundies that pretty much already treat women like property rather than people.

So easy a iberal Supreme Court nominee couldn't answer the Fing question. 🙄

Skop – who has called the supreme court’s overturning of Roe v Wade "a victory in the battle but not the end of the war” – has argued in favor of forcing rape and incest victims as young as nine or 10 to carry pregnancies to term. "If she is developed enough to be menstruating and become pregnant and reach sexual maturity, she can safely give birth to a baby,” Skop told the House oversight committee in 2021. Pregnancy at such a young age is shown to carry significant health risks, including pre-eclampsia and infections.

We know you're sexually active. With anything. You should be in jail.

To date I have yet to see an outcry for congress to produce a law to codify the Row V. Wade ruling. Nor has there been such an outcry in the last 50 years.
