Aero never accepted his counter. Bacarty proposed it, but it wasn't accepted. Bacarty did agree to the original proposal from Aero.

To be honest, I'm not sure what would be the better outcome....a year without Bacarty, but with Hurts putting up those numbers RTK would be next level insufferable....a monkey's paw bet if ever there was one

that was never the bet. I only took the Original bet based on terms you promised. Me leaving an altered bet does not make me the worm.

This is a classic case of Bacarty jumping head first into a bet/argument he didn't fully grasp which is a daily occurrence here.  He made an absolute assumption that Hurts would never accumulate 42 total TDs.  0% chance.  This caused Aerolithe to pounce, offer a ridiculous but comical bet that nobody would ever consider, and Bacarty accepted at first bc well.......Bacarty.  Now he is totally backtracking, accepting no fault, denying his inability to comprehend coherent dialogue, and he's once again caught in the deep end of his own stupidity.

If you go back and look, I never blew up at him. I never called him names… he did that. I never made any "outlandish comments”… that was how one could define the bet he proposed. I never went back on something I stated… he did that.

You should never assume, especially in contracts/bets. The facts speak for themselves here.
