That's just false.  Punt returns still happen.  Players are taking kick returns all the time too.  It's not just only touchbacks.

Howie did nothing to try to improve our return game.  He had a great offseason but that is one of the few areas he did not address at all.  

Didn't address Safety either.

As far as this Cowturd, it's preseason.  If he ends up being legit when the games count, so be it.  There will be several on here drooling and slobbering over him I'm sure.
