When I go back, which is a few times a year, I am usually getting my cheesesteak, hoagie, or diner fix. Last month when I was there for a concert, I did Cosmi's Deli for dinner before the show and then Melrose Diner for breakfast the next day. Lots of Italians in that area, though, so I probably should be hitting up a trattoria or two. I'll keep the list in mind.
