Phillies game was disappointing considering Wheeler and annoying because of everything else, but they did what they needed to do. Time for CBP to be special again. 

 

Syndergaard starts game 3. This is one of the reasons I can never truly fall in love with baseball. It's the softest league. It's a league where players whine if you watch a HR leave the park "bc UnSpOkeN RuLeZ11!!11!!" This is a league where players complain if a pitcher has a necklace because "it's distracting." This is a league where a player misses 2 weeks with a freaking blister. This is a league where pitchers can't go 3 days in a row. This is a league where if a starter tosses a couple innings on an off day, he can't start on time.

Baseball players are such prima donnas. If playoff baseball wasn't so intense, I'd hate the damn league with a passion.

I have Najee in several fantasy leagues, he has not been a handful for anyone this year.

Najee was run into the ground last year. Bet he was barely part of the defensive game plan. Has been an absolute non-factor this year.

Phillies have to feel pretty good coming home 1-1, considering both of their best pitchers brought absolutely nothing to the mound.  Just have to hope they pitch much better with their second chances.

Gotta win at least two of these next three, which means Syndergaard or Suarez have to do what the first two couldn’t

With the trade of CMC and the inevitable return of Elijah Mitchell…how do we feel about trading for Jeff Wilson? Product of the Shanahan RB system, or is the 6’ 213 pounder someone you’d be interested in bringing in?

That offense makes below average RBs look average. At that point I’d pick up someone off the street for free.
