Not trolling at all, the troll posted that, I made a reply, the Phillies came back and won their first playoff game, just keeping the mojo alive for all the Phillies fans

I am amused by the fact you’re worried about my posting, when I am using the idiotic posts of a guy who’s done nothing but bash the Phillies for the last two weeks.

Nope, turns on your TV and controls your volume

nice.

I bought an Amazon Fire 4K TV a few weeks ago after my ordinary 28 inch monitor without smart TV capabilities shutdown on me. I used my PS4 with the monitor to stream everything- YouTube TV, Prime, ESPN+, etc. Prime on that cheap monitor with the PS4 had a better connection than my new Amazon TV. The Amazon TV struggles with too much motion on the TV, I guess. I will say that the few college football games and WS in 4K look incredible though.

Why would I purchase this if I already have a smart TV?

What’s your tv situation for tomorrow night?  That’s the real question we should all be answering.

Cable, streaming, hacking, mirroring, big screens, computers, phones, tablets AND tin cans with string.  I am covered.  I have both games in English Spanish and a language I haven't figured out yet.

Fox late to show pitches, putting graphics over plays. Trash.

There was a clip someone posted in here of Bryce Harper’s HR yesterday called in French. Do not choose the French option.

Feels like gonna have to win this 2-1 or something low scoring with Javier pitching like that.

Schmoopie: Do you know who is throwing out the first pitch tomorrow night?

me: No, I haven’t been paying attention to that

Schmoopie: Ughhh, it’s McNabb

me: WHAT THE F**************.  ARE THEY TRYING TO BLOW IT!?!?!?!

Schmoopie:

I have a smart TV. Its UI has always been glitchy, and even when working properly, its just slow.

Switching from Netflix back to youtube TV or vice versa takes longer than it should in the year 2022.

If I dont know what I want to watch and Im searching Netflix, and Amazon, and eventually settle on youtube TV it gets kind of annoying switching apps that many times.

Using the streaming box is going to make it very snappy to switch between apps.

The other issue it will improve is load times on actual streams once in the app. This isnt bad for me. Our internet was plenty fast enough for multiple HD streams at once. But we recently switched from 100gbps to 1gigabit internet. After the switch, I was excited to see the new speeds, and upon testing the connection on my TV, I found I was still only receiving like 44gbps. The hardware in the TV isnt capable of receiving faster speeds. My load/buffer times to begin a show arent bad at all, but with the apple TV compatible with higher speeds, I am expecting the initial buffer to potentially disappear.

Overall, a better, snappier experience using the TV not having to rely on the TVs slow hardware.

Don't understand why he threw him a breaking ball when he's weak with high and inside.

Also why give him something over the plate up 0-2 in the count. Nola has been bad the last 2 starts with his location. Nola’s issues lately have all been with 2 strikes

Has a faster processor than any smart TV that I have had any experience with, from the time I hit the power button I am watching something in less than 10 seconds.

The switch between apps is so quick, and being an external device, you can use the input button on your TV and switch to other things without any delay or reloading of another app.

I have one of the first generation Apple TV still, I have it hooked up to one of my other HDMI input on my television, and when I’m legally streaming games I cast from my PC downstairs, so I’m getting perfect picture no lag, and then if I want to jump to another game I just hit the input button on my TV real quick

Missed that one, how many others get hurt, what’s the number, And does that include Ja’Marr Chase?

It was only guys who are currently on pace for 1000+ yards that the missed games exception is for (CeeDee is roughly a 1100 yard pace). of those guys, the threshold is 10 combined missed games over what we already expect due to current injuries. So Jamar and Marquise Brown injuries don’t impact it, unless they’re out longer than projected.

Few other notes are not counting starts for CeeDee, just games he’s playing in. He’s had multiple each of the last two years where he didn’t start for whatever reason but he was registering receiving yards. Also, if he does sit week 18, then we would project ypg for a 17th game, that won’t count as a void.

I can crunch the specifics if you’re up for it, get a list of names
