I didn't watch the Bills game.  Was that 70-yard dart he threw after rolling left his last throw of the game?

Was after. Kind of feel like he’s not going to be out long term and that it’s likely a strain that they are precautious and keep him out for 1-2 weeks

Damn, watching this game and the season so far would make one think that the NFL has crossed the Rubicon where:

An effective QB outside the pocket > effective QB inside the pocket.

No Rubicon I don't think. Fran Tarkenton wasn't a scrambler by choice and that goes back many years. If a QB doesn't have a pretty good O Line he's not going to have a pocket to work from, D lines haven't gotten smaller or slower. That doesn't mean the QB wouldn't prefer to not run around like a target if given a choice. Ask Joe Burrow.  Does having mobility help? Sure.

I hate to break it to you but he already is hurt.  That's why he's being evaluated.

Getting Mailata in the 7th was hitting the lottery for sure but doesn't make it a wash at all.   The Eagles traded 3 picks to get Dillard.  Mailata has also taken a step back this year.  Still a promising LT but I'm now expecting him to make a bad play every game.  Last year you knew he was going to dominate.

Didn't realize Dillard was that old already.  So yea, that idea doesn't make sense anymore.

Instead of Dillard, could have taken Montez Sweat, Deebo, or Cody Ford.

Tony Pollard went 1 pick after our 4th round selection.

No.  RTK would never celebrate a player being hurt.

Case Keenum in his 2nd Championship game would be weird.

They would still be a very good team with Keenum but not the best team.

Sapp's character concerns were that he smoked pot.  It was dumb to pass on him but I agree Mamula wasn't a bust. He really put up decent numbers and was probably an above average starter. I do wonder how invested he was in playing. I think he retired after a foot injury but it didn't seem like it was necessarily something that was career ending.

Smoking pot 25 years ago was a much bigger deal than it is today though.

@LeanMeanGM

Eagles 34

Redskins 14

Stoll TD

The Bills would be completely screwed without Allen (obviously). All of the sudden they’re a team with a good defense but no run game and only one good WR. They would be the Jets.

I need 18.7 out of Lamar tonight.

I hope he gets 18.6

Case Keenum, the Buffalo backup, did get to  an NFC title game with some WR named Stefon Diggs.   I don't think McKinnon and Murray were much better than Buffalo's running game.

I hope he gets 20.6 then throws a pick or loses a fumble on the last play.

Helped by a miracle against the Saints and proved they didn’t belong on the field in the NFCCG though. Bills would be a divisional exit IMO.

What kind of ridiculous scoring is this league?  Do you round up or down points?

It is 1 point for every 10 yards.  So 89 yards gets you 8 instead of 8.9

That is the worst thing I’ve ever heard. So many wins/losses come down to a fraction of a point.  Happens to me every year.

Used to play in a league like this and ended up tying in the championship

I lost this league by 1 point last year.  If there was fractional points I would have won.

My league commish is a pain, will not make many changes, and will not do PPR.

I think we're getting ahead of ourselves here, theres still a long way to go in this season. Only last season the rams won a superbowl with statue of a QB with a decent arm.

And literally every year before that.

I think those type of traditional passing QBs are struggling this year, and the new breed of rookies is flourishing. If one of those guys win a SB then maybe we can say that.

The next SB winning QB isn't anywhere to be seen on that graphic.

BTW, what does P2S% mean?
