A good look at Blankenship.

On the TD, he gets picked a little bit, which frees up Watson, but the bigger issue is that we got caught in a bad defensive alignment.

Showed good range and awareness. White not looking great in that video (cue racist finger pointing.) A few times he was caught out of position. Not sure why Edwards catches all the flack when he has been much better.

We are thin at safety now, so I wouldn't be throwing Epps or Blankenship out there on STs right now.

They already play on coverage teams.

is that even legal? I think in some countries you can be stoned to death for doing that.

Oh really? That sounds great, which countries exactly?

Ha. Not a new guy. Maybe a new poster. I said last year Hurts was basically a rookie. He was a rookie as far as being a starter with only 4 games under his belt when the season started. I don't know what people expected from him as a 1st year starter with a brand new system and a brand new coach. Think he deserved slack for that. Highly critical gang here. All because he is an elite runner and yes a developing passer.

Not much to explain. There are obviously things that go on here, well past what should be allowed, but its tolerated.

The amount of race baiting that has happened here over the past several months is the biggest issue, but we're going to continue to turn a blind eye to that for...reasons.

I can put a person on ignore. No problem. You can still see what they post. When it's one or two people who continually do it to several posters, the issue doesn't become my ignore list.

@Arthur Jackson has a pretty cool unicycle he bought from an old toothless English guy

A look at our offensive line.

One interesting note was near the end where Mailata realizes there was a blown block and makes an adjustment to turn a loss into a decent gain. Also, this could be a "Kelce should be in the hof" hype video. He was sooooo good in this game.

for the lawyer types in here

Lets say you get a building permit for a detatched garage. Approved, have the permit since September.

You start excavation and have it framed out to pour concrete. Now township comes and says you cant put it there. When they already approved it to go there.

After about $20k already in to the project now have a work stop order. Hearing scheduled, not till 12/20.

What sort of recourse is there, if any?

Zoning hearing?  Zoning boards rarely meet more than once a month and their hearing dates must be advertised, usually at the beginning of the year.

Sounds like you requested a permit for a detached garage with a sketch drawing, usually accepted but not necessarily accurate.  Building permit is not a catch all for construction.  You must also meet the zoning requirements for your municipality.  You framed it out and the zoning inspector comes out and the way you have it laid out violates an ordinance, usually a setback.  Most common issue with detached garages.  Other most common issue is an impervious soils issue (more that allowed impervious conditions for the size of the lot.

Now the bad news, a zoning hearing means either a special exception (permitted use by special exception, highly unlikely) or a variance (variance with the zoning law, very limited situations where those are allowed and pretty much impossible with the two common issues I mentioned).

You could wait for the hearing and hire a lawyer to represent you but that costs and the municipality may chose to hire a lawyer to represent it.  Zoning boards are quasi judicial and the officers have no other position within the municipality. But there may be better options.

Speaking with the inspector is a good start. What ordinance is she/he saying applies?  A copy of the zoning ordinance should be at the municipality office available for review and quite likely, you local library.  This may well be an easy fix.

For example, in my municipality the set back requirements for a non attached utility sheds are five feet from the back of the lot and ten feet from the front of the lot.  For other roofed buildings the rear of the lot setback is ten feet.  There is a front setback too but that would only be impacted if your garage is in front of your house.   Let’s use one of my neighbors as an example.  He wanted to put his shed at his back property line but the zoning office had him move where it would be placed up five feet.  He chuckled when I measured for mine, which is seven feet from the property line (until I pointed out the placement of the telephone easement).   Your issue may be as simple as moving the framing a few feet.

Not a lawyer, but I was a planning commissioner for a decade, a regional planning commissioner for two decades and chaired my municipality’s Subdivision and Land Development Committee for 12 years. I have a pretty good understanding of zoning and building laws.  Feel free to DM me with any questions.
