Charbonnet has a nice game.  Would love to have him here.

He’s a good player. I wish he turned pro last year but it was probably a good decision to stay.

same. I wanted him bad.

Im not sure it was a good decision. He would have challenged for being RB1 in last years draft.

This year, its a much better group at the top.

I just hope that if Jalen Hurts struggles a little bit this game for the first time this season that people remember that Avante Maddox couldn't go in this game and what that means with the would be matchup with Kirk.

Trust me, I speak for all of us who questioned Hurts before the season.  We are 100% ready to blame Maddox on any of Hurts struggles.  If Hurts runs too much.  Maddox was out.  If Hurts doesn't spread the ball around.  Maddox was out.  If Hurts doesn't go through his reads...well that's because he isn't a 6-6 250 lb white QB.

I'm pretty sure everyone who wasn't on board with Hurts is really excited to see if he keep his high level of play up.  The Jags defense is going to be a challenge.  Their LB play is fantastic and could take away RB/TE in coverage.  We all want to see the Eagles and Hurts keep this up.

No, actually, there’s at least one poster here who’s admitted he hates that Hurts is playing well and has been predicting against the eagles winning in these weekly prediction polls until Hurts is benched

Shane Black wrote that script.

@Connecticut Eagle

Eagles - 31, Jags - 13

Bonus:

- Eagles score more in the second half than the first

- Dougie P. calls the Philly Special

Hopefully we see something out of Sermon.

Can you imagine if Hurts is what he's shown us so far AND Sermon becomes a productive back.  That would be incredible for this team moving forward.

Indeed, mostly on Hurts.

Sanders isn't bad, but he's banged up a lot and he frequently misses holes. If he would stay for dirt cheap, sure, but we know that isn't going to happen.

Sanders isn't bad no but he's still leaving yards on the field.   He's the anti-Hurts in that he hasn't worked on his biggest problems.  Leaving yards on the field has been his issue since day 1.

Huge guilty pleasure of mine.

Pet peeve of the movie.  Neither of the huge fat guys would be worth anything in a fight.

@Bacarty2 is that the correct score prediction for you?  You also submitted 27 13.

Game prediction @LeanMeanGM

Before anybody gets twisted, this will sit in his Inbox until he's safe and ready to document again. Nerd Science!

Doug will get the Cheers initially, the Jags will get the Boos.

Rain should be gone, regular field conditions. Lawrence is a gamer, no doubt, but our D Line is smokin people right now.

Secondary is holding up. Limits his choices. LBs need to cover underneath and the rest should take care of itself. Our Run D is respectable and we should get to the QB a few times.

I think we have too many weapons on O for the Jags to handle. As long as Hurts takes care of the ball, which he has so far, we shouldn't have problems putting points up. Hope we can get some scores in the second half, that'd be nice.

Not as close as the Final score looks, Eagles outplay the visiting Jags across the board.

Some media types calling this the biggest test the Jags will face this season. Nice to be recognized as a tough out.

Line now is Eagles -6.5, O/U 47.5

Give me

Eagles   28

Jags      17

I don’t think he would have challenged Hall or Walker.

I do! He is the most well rounded back. Fast,  but also big, with elusiveness. And excellent pass catcher.

Both juniors , but give me Chase Brown and Blake Corum at the RB position ,

Bear fell on me

With an OL this size, I really don't think we need that 230lb bruising back.  And, if Hurts continues to progress as a passer, we ideally aren't going to be running the ball with 1 back 20 times per game anyway.  The ideal RB combo is a smaller, lightning in space back who excels in the screen game paired with a typical, reliable, downhill, hit the hole and go back.

RB should be the last position on offense to worry about, but since there isn't much else to worry about right now...now it's worth nit picking there.  I think the RB corps could use a budget rebuild.  Gainwell seems to have a feel for the game (that's why he did a nice job getting involved in the passing game as a rookie), but doesn't really offer anything specific or dangerous.  Scott does his job, but is far from a weapon.  Sanders...his price to reliability ratio isn't going to be good.  He's also too unreliable at just hitting the hole and going, yet despite his elusiveness, he can't catch the football and isn't great on screens, which makes it a bit difficult to get him opportunities in space.

I don't want to see them address the position before round 3, but I think they could use multiple fresh faces at RB for next year.

I accidentally added Eagles ‘D’ rather than just the Eagles scoring 10+ points. The D snuck in there.
