I think he's figured that out.  The past two drafts look very promising.

It was those 'keep the window open' years that were really disappointing.  The contract extensions were also a nightmare then.

He was injured when Colts waived him though. I wouldn't be shocked if he was claimed

He’s definitely improved. The roster looks amazing, especially when you tie in the extra draft capital. Hasn’t been many moves where I was unsure about other than Dickerson & Jurgens but those seem to be working out
