Anyone that thought he was gonna show up last night and ball must be naive. Why are we wasting a spot in this team for him. Add Zacheas to that as well. Jones too. These guys in these positions should have a decent game peppered in the season at least three or four times a year. These guys are no shows for most of the year. They barely target any other WRs. They will be returning their big 3 targets which includes Goedert, Oz will likely get re-signed on a cheap deal. Yup, they'll sign 5 and probably cut 1 or 2 of them, maybe they spend a 4th or 5th rounder at the position that can also play special teams like Mack Hollins did early in his time here. But I don't see any of Julio, Quez or Oz coming back. They need a run blocking WR as their 4th guy to replace Pascal from last season. Quez and Oz aren't those guys. Maybe Oz gets a cheap deal but I still think the 3 and 4 options are going to be different. I don't understand how folks can come to a conclusion like this when he wasn't, the only ball thrown was on that stupid WR screen. Hey, if a catchable ball is thrown his way and and he doesn't make the catch, then you can criticize the guy. All I know is Mariota found him, this foolishness about Hurts doesn't trust him is total BS, throw it to him if he's open.....PERIOD!!, no, he throws 90% of the passes to Smith, I'm beginning to question that guys intelligence.
