I am in the same boat.  Had a bunch of stuff to do last night getting ready for my wifes xmas party on Saturday.  So I drank, watched football and helped her with stuff.

I am to old to get tanked on a week night.

Speaking of the xmas party, she is part of the planning group, the bill for her company xmas party is going to approach $ 60,000.  They put on a good gig every year.

I was thinking about this the other day. It must really suck to be the 32nd guy picked in the draft. Misses out on the status of being a first round pick, misses out on a 5th year option, misses out on a 1st round pick salary, all because some other team did something dumb to lose the pick that has nothing to do with the team selecting or the prospect.

I slept through halftime and the entire third quarter. That game was awful until the 4th.
