Getting ready to walk out the door to head to the stadium. Same thing I said five years ago....when I get home, I'm either going to be really depressed or extremely jubilant. Later gents.

F if I know, lol. Sure hope so, Lando is a beast.

Big elbow brace, like Kelce last year

Last 2 NFCCG’s turned on a DE getting on the throwing arm of the opposing QB.

Running the ball into the 2 minute warning is a strange call

You can run it without running the clock

If he means how they made it gross and ugly at the end, he's right.  I understand their frustration with how it ended, but it was a really bad look!

Yeah, I'm tired of seeing people making excuses that we were just lucky. Our DL abused them all day which caused both of the injuries.

Chris Jones will be a handful

Chiefs only being up 7 is a W for the Bengals. Chiefs DL slowed down a bit.

Still a game with it 13-6 at the half.   But for all the talk about how the Eagles have to 'grind out' points, while the Bengals and Chiefs can just put them on the scoreboard from all over the field.... I call "BS".

NFL playoffs are about finding a way to win.  This CIN-KC looks a lot like two offenses 'grinding'.

Pretty crazy how the game played out but the Eagles were clearly the better and more physical team.  Very impressive.  1 more!!

They don't have the rotation to maintain that level of attack consistently.  They will tire, especially if Cincy starts to run it effectively, or sustain a drive.

So I have debated, fiercely, on the blog for >2 years that you don’t build an offense around the running game.  It’s a fools errand and doesn’t win you super bowls.  I always favored lopsided pass/run ratios..

Well, here we are…1 game away.  You can throw the blueprints out the window.  This isn’t the draft, no one is building a roster…we just need to win 1 game.

We have no chance to beat the Chiefs in a passing contest.  If we are to win, the game needs to be grounded.  60% runs, 200+ yards on the grounds.  Keep Mahomes out of synch and on the sidelines while we march up and down the field on the ground.

At the end of the day, we may end up outclassed because that blueprint always wins championships and we just can’t pass like that.  But this is the game to prove that wrong.  Pummel them on the ground.  Sanders runs, Gainwell runs, Hurts breaks their back with more runs.

Do you remember the 1990 season?  There was a 'blueprint' then too, and there was a dominant run game and tough defense.   They won the Super Bowl, beating the GOAT along the way (by knocking him out of the Championship game) and over the greatest NFL dynasty to never win a Super Bowl.

The good thing is running on either AFC team should be significantly easier than SF

This game is by no means over.  The Bengals can put up points in a flash

For how flashy he can seem at times, Sirianni does such a great job parking the bus in the second half and protecting leads. There were a handful of games this season, tonight probably included, where he could have ran it up. But this team can run the air out of the ball when they want to and they have been absolute money in "must-have” drives all year long.

But their offenses will be head and shoulders better too.

Why not both?

Why limit yourself to preconceived notions of winning?

Why not be a leader and a part of a new era?
