It used to... now they give 'forward progress', even if you voluntarily pull the ball back, though if you run backwards, they don't.

The Eagles need to gather all their analytics power.  Look at every single Mahomes start in which the Chiefs scored 21 or fewer points.  Find a common thread.  

What was it?  Poor weather?  Battling injury?  Pass rush?  Tight coverage?  Ball control from the opposing offense?  Just a bad game?

I've never seen that level of classless behavior from an NFL team.  Spoiled brats who haven't faced opposition and threw a fit.
