How does Slay not get that floating duck of a pass in the 3rd when Suh crushes QB4?

Yeah... that looked like a Brett Favre gift floating down... no worries.  It all worked out well.  Need to make that catch next game though.   Same with TJ Edwards not getting the fumble in the air when Purdy was injured.  Tough catch, but with opportunities like that, you HAVE to get it done against Mahomes.  Let's just hope we get those opportunities.

Getting ready to walk out the door to head to the stadium. Same thing I said five years ago....when I get home, I'm either going to be really depressed or extremely jubilant. Later gents.

I think it's better to look at QB cap hits as a percentage rather than the number. The number is always going to go up, but as long as the percentage stays around the same it shouldn't be an issue. Top 3 QB cap hits have fluctuated between  ~15% - 17% of the cap since at least 2015.

Other than the one overthrow play, the receivers DID NOT get much separation if any.

I think Devonta gets more on the underthrow too (that was all on Hurts as he had to come back for it).

I am having so much fun watching the D just bring the wood in the 3rd.  Just beat the tar out of them.  Whiny *****

I think their corners, especially #7, played better than a lot of people expected.

Yup

Last time Jalen was in a similar position, he was publicly benched at halftime.

Wonder if those memories come back these next two weeks…

The latter was WAY tougher. The Slay ball was a damn punt.  I think he was going hard in the wrong direction but not sure why.

Niners we're holding a lot on D,  save the 1 drive the refs didn't  let them.

Patriots, legion of boom even past niners teams have done the same

D Hold every play and put it on the refs to call it every play.

The first year of Jalen's new deal, there is already 6 QB's with more than 17% of the cap on the books.

Their punter destroyed us on field position. Just crazy good.  And Kern should be selling cars in Jersey today.

As it currently stands, the Eagles have 4.4 million in cap room next year, before any unpaid bonuses are factored in.

If the keep both 1st and draft in those spot's, it will cost over 6 million to sign the two 1st round picks.

They're 16th in the League in cap space.  I think they will figure it out.

Credit to him for going back out there. They really should have just went Wildcat though.

He's practicing shanking it off of a wire.  It would be good if Siposs could come back for the Super Bowl.

Watching the replay Hurts was very innacurate all day

If Quez is an elite speed man, he needs to separate better than that.

Wasn't it with Mahomes' contract where they tied his annual contract value to a fixed percentage of whatever the cap was set at?

That man looks like a 3rd round draft pick to me.

Not so much in the 3rd, no?

I enjoyed seeing Jimmy G having a good time on the sidelines.  You could tell he was thinking "If these MF'ers think I'm re-signing here, they're out of their minds.

I had assumed we'd see a Lance/Purdy training camp competition, but Purdy may not be healthy by then.

All day

slants were almost all off target. If all he can do is lob it down the sideline, its hurts the offense
