Getting ready to walk out the door to head to the stadium. Same thing I said five years ago....when I get home, I'm either going to be really depressed or extremely jubilant. Later gents.

It comes down to the run game I think. Will Nick and Shane stick with it? We’ve seen them inexplicably get away from it (Saints game).

If they stay with the run game, then KC will have to be able to stop it to win. I don’t like their chances in doing so.

Obviously Mahomes is an x-factor, but if our run game is churning it will limit the damage Mahomes can do. I also think he’ll turn it over twice.

I’m assuming the Chiefs sell out to stop our running game both schematically and via taking advantage of Gannon. That has to be their keys to winning this game.

The real question to me is whether Jalen’s shoulder is in good enough shape to keep up with Mahomes.

He's real good after a bye and they still have Mahomes

Not as much in the playoffs and Mahomes is good,  but he won't be 100 percent even if he can move around. His supporting cast and defense isn't as good either.

Um, maybe because they had no QB ????

Yeah we kinda destroyed both of them, oops

Theyre gonna blitz the F out of Hurts and try to get him out of the pocket.

For all the folks who do not have ESPN+, this draft would be horrid.

10. Philadelphia Eagles (via NO)

Bijan Robinson, RB, Texas

31. Philadelphia Eagles

Darnell Washington, TE, Georgia

63. Philadelphia Eagles

Keeanu Benton, DT, Wisconsin

Lol. Forget how that Bijan pick at 10 would never happen….I don’t think we draft any TE this draft. Why would we

Three reasons. It is a really good TE class, we use a lot of two TE formations and our TE2 kind of sucks.

It wouldn't be horrid, exactly.  Both Robinson and Washington are really good prospects, but it's beyond unlikely the Eagles would ignore defense until pick #63 with so many impending free agents on that side of the ball.

Tough for me to do the mock draft exercise this year until the free agent window is done because we have no way of knowing how many/few of CJGJ, Bradberry, Cox, Suh, Graham, Joseph, Hargrave, Kyzir White, Edwards will be re-signed.

We run 12 personnel 21% of the time on 1st down, that ranks 23rd in the NFL.

I could see drafting TE.  I'm not very high on Stoll or Calcaterra and could see the Eagles upgrading TE2 in the draft.  I seriously doubt it will be in the first round, though.

They’re throwing everything at him. They’ll also note that he looked mentally overwhelmed for periods of the NFCCG, especially prior to the drive we scored our second touchdown (after which he seemed to settle down).

If I were the Chiefs, I’d want to get the ball first and get the Eagles down 7-0 immediately. I’d sell out to stop the run and get Jalen into third and long situations. Then I’d throw the kitchen sink at him schematically. I’d bet that he’s a young QB that, although very mature for his age, is still human and will once again be overwhelmed by the moment. And once you get Jalen in a 2 possession deficit, this offense probably becomes pretty simple to defend due to the simplicity of our passing game.

Maybe it’s an eagles thing after a Super Bowl we decide to use 12 personnel more and take tight ends high.

How rich would it be if Arizona signed Kafka and Indy selected Martindale.

I tend to agree on the chiefs game plan is likely try to takeaway the eagles rushing attack and force it to be a hurts passing game. I think spags will attempt that due to his shoulder issue and they rather go down with hurts arm beating them then allow the eagles to run the ball and keep mahomes/offense on the sideline. Plus if Snead and mcduffie are healthy the chiefs corners have been better than earlier in the season.

Over/Under- Devonta Smith 250.5 yards receiving at halftime

We will likely have a plethora of holes on defense to fill.

We have a limited target share as is, with Brown, Smith, Goedert and to an extent Watkins, combined with our rushing game.

How many targets would a TE 2 get? Is that worth anywhere near using a first rounder on one? We also don’t have a lot of later round picks, and frankly, Stoll and Calcaterra are fine 2nd and 3rd options.

It just doesn’t make any sense to draft a TE this year, considering the roster makeup.

Drafting a TE in round 1 is dumb.

We're drafting 2 LB'ers in the first round.

Probably should take a Qb at 10. Need a cheap backup Qb with minshew gone and the lord and savior carson strong gone.

Please. Pick 10 will be used on a punter
