I've never reported anyone, I've always handled my issues with other posters directly here or through PM.

If you feel 4x4 or anyone else is being engaged with for the sole purpose of attempting to coax them into saying something reportable then couldn't one just as easily ask 4for4 to put those on ignore to protect himself from unscrupulous motives.

It's really much easier to not be an a hole than it is to ask that others simply put you on ignore when one is being an a hole.

I have a feeling though that 4x4 is just fine he's probably wearing his ban the same way he wore being an a hole, with pride!

Achane is another favorite of mine. Love that kid. I’d keep it to 2 RBs with Miller and Achane. Throw in Gainwell and I think that is a great RB rotation that would give us depth and a diverse skill set. Figure both go late 3rd or 4th round though.

My favorite RB in the draft is Gibbs, but I think we’d probably have to take him at 31 if we actually want him. I go back and forth over doing that. He’d make the offense even more dynamic with his receiving ability and explosiveness, but on the other hand do we want to use a pick that high on a RB?

Yes. This is a message board organized into different sections and threads. The abrasive belittling type stuff is centered in places like R&R, What’s Up, and to an extent CVON. The blog is supposed to be about something else. Joking at other poster’s expense is ok but not if 70% of one’s posts center on that concept. Not in my eyes anyway. Take that schtick elsewhere.

He was exactly what I wanted Carson to have. I was a fan when he was on the Bears and thought his huge catch radius is perfect for a young qb learning to pinpoint his throws. Helps keep his confidence from plummeting as he takes his lumps.

Ironically, looking back I wonder if it just made carson over confident, but Alshon was a so crucial to our run and I’ll always appreciate him for that (and happy the fans appreciated him and rallied around his dropped pass in the playoffs which was so uncharacteristic).
 

Unfortunately the end turned sour, but looking back he was right about Carson even if I didn’t want to admit it at the time (and even if he didn’t do a good job in how he expressed his concerns, putting it mildly).

After reading this post, much respect to @RememberTheKoy.  Say what you want about him, but he at least uses the ignore feature, doesn’t waffle, and doesn’t ever change course.

I think we come out firing. Our team is built to get an early lead and then bludgeon the opposition into submission. That’s what we’ve done all year. I don’t see any reason why we’d change now.

Can the Chiefs defense really stop our offense? I don’t see it. Our OL can control the LOS. I don’t see their young DBs handling Brown, Smith and Goedert. The only thing that can really stop us is Hurts injured shoulder. He’s been off since coming back from injury. Hopefully 2 weeks off gets him healthy and back in rhythm.

Now, that all said, one good thing is we have a backup plan. If Hurts still isn’t right, we can just go with ball control and sledge hammer their front 7 to keep Mahomes off the field.

That’s why I like this team to win. In poker terms, we have "outs.” The Chiefs don’t. For the Chiefs to win Mahomes needs to have a great day, which means their OL needs to have a great day against our historically good pass rush. Then their DL needs to play out of their minds against what is probably the best OL since the early 90’s Cowboys. Then their DBs need to keep our WRs from making a play.

Way more things need to go right for the Chiefs to win than the Eagles to win. And usually that’s not how football games go. Generally, both teams get their opportunities and superior talent provides the edge in critical situations.

I agree with that.  On the flip side, the Chiefs OL is really good and they are going to have a chip on their shoulder with all the attention paid to the Eagles DL.  This one could become a shoot out and we win if Hurts can zing the ball around like he could earlier in the year.
