Getting ready to walk out the door to head to the stadium. Same thing I said five years ago....when I get home, I'm either going to be really depressed or extremely jubilant. Later gents.

The OL was fine. We're spoiled by elite OL play, that a little pressure makes it look bad.

Minshew refused to throw the ball in the first half.

Maybe a stinger

Why would we be one and done.  Isn’t Hurts the MVP ??

Sure is but now two games off gonna be rust somewhere especially with no Lane, he should have been allowed to play today at home vs a scrub team with minimal pressure of the outcome to ease back in.

All and all Minshew is still one of the best backups in the league. Him not playing well may give us a shot at keeping him around another season or two.

Sweat will be released from the hospital today. The only good news from today.

Dalton and Hill were 12/12 against zone defense in the first half. Dak went something like 20/20 against it last week. Seemed like they played more man in the second half and shut them down. So I’m guessing they’ll stick with zone again next week since they never seem to look at the data and adjust 🙄

Gannon gets out-coached pretty much every week. The DL is about to set the single season record for sacks by a team. They are saving his ass.

Daboll and Sirianni are old friends.

philly ran up the score on the Giants a few weeks ago.

does either have any bearing on whether the giants play their starters?

I don’t know

But Jeff Garcia is fiery

Yeah, great news toward seeing him again this season

Eagles Post Game live right now showing AJ talking to media bout how Minshew wasn't seeing him open out there.  You could see him getting frustrated prior to his TD catch.

Its obvious this team is throwing games on purpose to set up a playoff rematch with Tampa Bay.

Nah, the setup right now is Eagles v Giants next week for the NFC East Title..That's the money grab...

Orchestrated, NFL gets what it wants...

...

Not a Conspiracy Theorist just a Fan. But when it quacks like a duck....

Smooth dudes in New York pulling strings....

Here’s the lesson that will be learned next week…

You can’t just flip the switch to on.  An nfl team isn’t a light bulb.

This team deliberately sleep walked through 3 consecutive week (including Chicago).  Garbage game plans that intentionally held back and stayed vanilla in anticipation of the playoffs.  Prolonging rest for players that probably could have gone in must-win games.

It would have been less damaging to just bench everyone and let the third string get blown out.

Against Giants backups…they might win.  They might lose.  But we’ll see, even with Hurts, it’s gonna be ugly.  You can’t just get the train going again that easily after our starters adjusted to getting pummeled week in week out.

I got crap after the packers game when i said it’s ridiculous it takes gannon and the eagles defense  a half of football to figure it out and make adjustments. It’s been this way all year. You can’t give teams halves of football just moving the ball at ease til you adjust and figure it out. The defense in the second half was fantastic but the first half cost them as they were on the field for over 20 minutes of the half and just let the saints get just enough points.

Don’t get me wrong the ineptitude of the offense and sirianni/Steichen being idiotic with their gameplan is the bigger issue today as the defense stepped up in the second half. But that first half defense was a continuation of things we’ve seen all year with slow to make adjustments

Yup

If we can't win a home game against a Giants team with nothing to play for, with Jalen Hurts back, then we aren't winning jack this year anyway.

Next week says it all.

Vikings losing means anything?

A Packers win eliminates the Saints BTW. Saints could still get a wild card.

It does look suspicious that we played zone the entire 1st half and got torched again.  WTF was Gannon thinking?  The best answer may be holding back for the playoffs.

Means only Dallas can take our #1 seed from us

Eliminates Wash too even if Riverboat doesn't know that

Our coach is an absolute moron admitting this. Supports @4for4EaglesNest earlier post. They’re an arrogant bunch.

Nah just a risk reward decision

I don’t buy anything Nick says to the media. Either he or the FO think they are way smarter than they sound.
