Eagles fans showing well already.  Say what you want about eagles fans being rough on the players, it has to be nice in the SB knowing your fans have outshowed the competition to give you, audibly, more of a home like environment.

Agree.  I can't see trading him, even though the price makes a few things difficult.  You just can't find players wired like that.

If the game is good, most people want food, beverage and a toilet break before getting back into it. Watching some over produced **** for 15+ mins isn't a turn on

I think the biggest problem they have is that they usually don’t get good live performers. Get an actual musician with world class talent and showmanship like Prince and it makes total sense. But most of the acts are popular musicians that just don’t translate well live.

If they are a good musically, I'd concede.  But usually it sounds iffy and gets in the way of the players staying loose and in the moment.  Before the game, I completely get the why

Sure.

I don't know how to find a short TV segment and post it here., if even available, probably never will be, but the upshot was a kid from a small, depressed town in a no-win life situation, afflicted with Cancer in his eye. St Judes Children's Hospital took his case, removed the damaged eye, performed the followup treatments, sent him home and he became the starting Middle Linebacker on his High School Team. This stuff really moves me. 5 Minute segment on NFL Network, Proctored and Interviewed by Rich Eisen..

For the people who are fans of Rihanna and couldn't care less about football... that is incorrect.

 

I agree that it sucks and annoys the crap out of me... but the NFL does it because they think it increases viewership, which increases ad revenue for the broadcast rights, which means they can get more from the networks to broadcast it.    The NFL doesn't do things that aren't fiscally advantageous for them.

Rihanna fans would tune in before the game at half time; not sure they will hang much either side. But 100 agree on the fiscal side of things; the NFL and owners only really care about the $ at the end of the day, and the ego boost from winning a Lombardi
