It was after they took him to the hospital and there was that weird limbo period.

Schefter basically said he was a bust who struggled to make it in the NFL.

Schefter is great for news, but anything outside of that as far as offering an opinion or the spot they put him in last night to come across as anything but a mule for the NFL reeks of insincerity. He’s always going to have the league’s interests above all and couldn’t even give a firm take that the game shouldn’t be continued until the league officially called it off. He’s a puppet.

Getting ready to walk out the door to head to the stadium. Same thing I said five years ago....when I get home, I'm either going to be really depressed or extremely jubilant. Later gents.

Just to keep my streak for watching all Eagles games intact, I decided to watch the first half tonight.

* Minshew stunk and the OL did him no favors. It doesn’t appear like there were open WRs. Mailata overset on on Granderson like he was some kind of speed rusher. Awful.

* Seemed like the plan was to locate Kyzir White in zone coverage and attack. He was lost.

* Goedert needed to make that catch at the end of the first half. Maybe the only good throw by Minshew in the first 30 minutes.

* Even when we got a third down stop we gave up 15 yards on third and 20, and the Saints got a long FG, which of course they made.

* Milton Williams really is coming on. What a play at the GL to potentially save a TD.

* Davis seemed OK. Nothing great. Blew up one run play but unfortunately Kamara was able to wriggled forward for a gain of 4. He plays too high still.

Everyone is picking on Scott and deservedly so but White has been pretty bad the last few weeks, and is supposed to be a starter. He’s been giving up about a 115 passer rating when targeted.

Just saw the interview with his uncle.  He said he had to be resuscitated twice.  Once on the field and once at the hospital.

I'm ready to see more Dean at this point.

I have.

When the flooring pours collapsed at the Trop in AC, Two of my dear friends were caught up the debris.

Both survived with permanent injury. 3 died, 20 some injured.

Let's not generalize too much here, Projects are stopped after an accident, injury or death, all the time.

Re-evaluation, Investigation, OSHA Review, etc.

Just saying, easy with this...

Handled that claim.  Moronic shoring plan.  You would think engineers would understand that wet concrete weighs more that cured concrete and moves as you pour it. Not the most horrific pour failure claim I handled or oversaw but damn close. Drowned and crushed in wet concrete is a horrible way to go.     But IIRC, it was the Atlantic City police department that sealed that job site. They suspected foul play, but it was just sheer stupidity. Took me days to get on site.

The Broncos, Saints, Carolina Panthers and Minnesota Vikings are tied for the teams with the fewest draft picks in the 2023 NFL Draft with five.

Any of these teams have anything you'd be willing to give up a 1st rounder for that you think they might actually be willing to accept (meaning Justin Jefferson would be out).

Don’t downplay the value of rookie scale for four years and a fifth year option as we stare signing Hurts to an extension in the face.

With a young mans life on a knifes edge

The transition between life and death is like the midnight hour of each day … the end of the current day and the beginning of the next day the movement from one chapter to the next in a continuous stream that reaches infinitely into the past and will continue infinitely  into the future.  Einstein had it right, energy is conserved.

I think he should be getting more snaps but can’t say they should be doing it that much at this point in the season.

Not to minimize, but, small world.

No kidding, you worked that catastrophe? What a Sh!t Show that was...

My two friends are still dealing, what, 20 years later? Happened in 2003...

One , We call him Bull, came away with a broken back, surgeries, pins, all that.

The other guy, Jimmy, had two broken legs, he still ain't right.

Both Union Construction guys, just doing their jobs as instructed.

Rushing the pours, inadequate shoring, everybody signed off on the timing and process including Building Inspectors...

Somebody should be be in Jail over that, Engineers okayed the process, etc...People died.

...and so it goes...

Watch for Deandre Hopkins to ask to be traded this offseason and the cardinals might be ok with it as they need to re-sign Hollywood brown after trading a first for him. Just something i was told today.

Yup.   Skip is ridiculous, but last night... his tweet was one of the least obnoxious things he's said.  Maybe he didn't say it well, but it wasn't as bad as they are saying.

They probably had some people in there throwing fuel on the flames.  Their schtick is all about trying to create a heated discussion and 95% of it is just plain acting.
