In top right corner click the triangle. Click "Ignored Users" and then add the persons name. You have option of what you want to ignore from the user.

It works great for trolls.

You can also hover over someone's avatar and ignore them from the pop up window.

If they are completely worthless morons they might still use the confused emoji on a bunch of your posts.
