How would you look at the big picture if Brock Purdy goes into Philly and somehow gets a win against the #2 defense, when Hurts, who is the far superior QB, could not beat the #1 defense at home ??

I would respond that Josh Allen beat a hapless Dolphins team with their 3rd string QB, a hapless Patriots team with Mac Jones, a hapless Ravens team who scored 3 points and lost Lamar Jackson, and a 40 year old Philip Rivers-led Colts team.

Youre acting like Allen has some stellar playoff resume.  He lost a barn burner to the Chiefs last year in the divisional round.  Other than that, theyve choked.

Youre getting me mixed up with the other poster.  I have no problem discussing the opposing teams' QB because Allen hasnt really done jack squat. 

Hes beaten a bunch of Daniel Joneses, basically.

 

And Im not sure how Im being emotional about this.  Like 3 weeks ago I said Allen was basically a pre-ACL Carson Wentz.  Hes fun to watch but totally overrated right now.
