I don't understand why people like Greg Olsen.  He's clueless. 

Olsen knows football and knows when to STFU.  That alone puts him in the top 5 of nfl broadcasters

Biggest key for me is Jalen. 

1. He needs to read better than he did against the 49ers last year (he was atrocious). Plus we can’t afford for him to struggle processing like he did at times this year against the excellent defenses he played (first half of jags game and second half of the Cowboys game). He is playing a great defense but he needs to be on mentally from start to finish.

2. He needs to be physically ready to run the ball a lot in this game. Yes he isn’t fully healthy but I think Jalen’s running ability is going to be the strength of our running game on Sunday and maybe the only way to keep the Niners defense honest enough to pass the ball. Even still, I don’t expect the run game to be especially efficient (thinking we see Jalen rush for 15-20 times for a total of 60 yards). It sucks that he is going to get hit a ton but I frankly don’t see a way around it. 
 

I think people thinking you can pass the ball against the Niners is a bit of a red herring. It’s a trap. My sense is that they let up yards through the air because there’s basically no way to run the ball on them. But, without looking at the numbers, I’d guess they also created a ton of turnovers in the pass game as well because they are actually very good at pass defense from front to back. We can’t come into this game expecting to pass the ball around the field and win. We need to be able to run the ball and while passing efficiently. This should be Jalen’s biggest mental and physical tests of the season.

The Eagles are just flatout better and I think they win by double digits.  

I can definitely see Shanahan pulling some Daboll ish and getting his team buried with an early defecit because of his hubris.
