Yes, someone was banned. I didn't ban that person, I wasn't involved with any of the reported posts/complaints (or whatever) that led up to said banning or anything else that was pertinent to that situation.

As for 'vague reasons', those issues/reasons aren't something that would be made public on any board. The reasons for said ban are between the moderators and the banned member. If someone who is banned or suspended wants to tell people why he or she was banned/suspended, that's their choice. If they give the full story or a one sided story, that's on them. But it's not a 'public knowledge' sort of thing. It's between the parties involved. If you're (the generic 'you're' which includes anyone, not specifically you) not happy about someone being banned, by all means, voice your displeasure.

You don't have to 'fund' anything, you don't have to support my efforts to do so and you don't have to 'shut up'. Visit the board as you wish, post as you wish and do the normal things that people do on a board, as you wish. 

I'll do everything that I can to keep the board funded and online, and those efforts are heavily focused on not needing donations. If you're offended by those efforts, I don't know what to tell you but I'm not a mod and I'm not involved in warnings, bans, suspensions.

I almost left after the Superbowl, but had nothing to do with posters or the board, I was just so despondent over the loss, I was ready to quit football all together.

No, part of the issue was people being suspended for raising issues @HazletonEagle

 

This is the only message board I’ve ever seen that has anonymous mods. And now you’re saying in effect that the two "active” mods have complete free reign of this place? There’s no accountability, there’s no avenue to even discuss a banning. That’s the issue. I thought you were supposed to at least offer an objectivity to it, but apparently not.

I was just reading about this Gwyneth Paltrow ski collision case ..... how did this even get to court??  I could see being hit by Oprah or Rosie O'Donnell bringing on severe concussion and brain injury, but I have to believe this one is pure frivolity.
