It's a frivolous case from 2016 incident that was thrown out once and for whatever reason was allowed back in.

People get run over all the time while skiing in Utah, it happens, people get hurt skiing all the time it happens 

She claims the guy actually hit her, and she stuck around after the incident to make sure he was ok until she was told by a ski instructor she could leave.

Moral of the story is don't let your demented grandpa ski then expect a payout when he gets hurt.

Stupid law suit should have stayed thrown out.

Edge and CB suppose to be very strong groups this year. Figure Smith, Wilson and Carter off the board when we pick and at least 1 CB. Immediate gratification at DB take Weatherspoon, might be better than CJGJ but as a pure CB IMO Gonzalez will be better, both good though. Edge, Nolan Smith, Van Ness or try to trade back unless Stoutland loves somebody. Could you have Hessick and Smith on the field together ? I dunno
