I'd have been in on Okudah for a 5.  Jeez.  3rd pick in that draft.  24 years old.  Now 2 years out from an achilles and ready to be healthy.  Maybe he sucks.  I don't watch Detroit and didn't watch him in college.  But 2 years out from an achilles is when you can expect someone to be strong and healthy.

We took out more trash this weekend. Publicly harassing VA (who saved the EMB and is trying to focus on the technology, marketing & ad revenue) will not be tolerated. Taking a fun football me

I still say take Bijan at 10. Then you train him to play LB as well as RB. I heard through the grapevine that it could be done.

White is an incredibly overrated player.

Sounds like Okudah has zero instincts and struggles to read and react. He’d be a terrible fit here with all the switch release coverages.

I'd still gladly draft Witherspoon, play him as slot CB Week 1, and move Maddox to FS.

I doubt the Eagles see it the same way, though.

Yeah i wouldn’t have an issue with that but i don’t think the eagles see it that way. Plus i think they just value OL long term over slot corner year 1 and corner long term

Won’t come cheap , for starters a first rd pick , probably 2. And a  100 million contract , minimal

What? Two first round picks?

Roquan Smith is better and went for a 2/5.

Yeah, i cant see White going for all that.

You know an Ohio state CB who has had a major fall from grace? Seven Banks.

Is he in this draft? What the hell happened to that guy? Haven't heard a peep about him in 2 years.  Was supposed to be the top CB in the draft last year if he came out.

2 1sts and a 100M contract.  Must be some versatile freakbeast who also plays QB.

I checked his college stats.  Sadly, he does not meet the two-pass threshold.

I thought you were talking about NWG Suave

Smith isn’t better , White does so much , is he perfect ? No but who is

he is a 25 year old stud still getting better

no chance they move him for so little

more like a Jamal Adams type return , then  a Smith return

personally I don’t think he gets traded , Bowles loves him , it would hurt his defense of Whites production is gone

he is just trying to get more money than the Bucs are offering

The answer is no to Bijan.

If you're going to draft Bijan trade down and take him, no reason to draft him at 10.

I have zero problem with whatever Troy gets he's HOF in my book but like the poster said if TP is first ballot then so is Dawk.

Dawk was a better player, but the media and the Hall hold TP in higher regard, why?

Simply because Troy was a Steeler won a super bowl and was super popular because of his hair, none of those 3 have anything to do with who was a better player so when debating which player was better one metric to use is stats.

No one at least me is saying Troy isn't a HOF safety or wasn't a great player all I said and others as well is that Dawk was better and Troy is overrated.

So it's jealousy because he got in as a first ballot and Dawk didn't.  And because of that Troy is over rated. I wouldn't dare say that Troy was better than Dawk because I'm and Eagles fan and I hate the Steelers. But, I also wouldn't say that Troy was over rated. He wasn't and we'll just agree to disagree on that.

No it's not jealousy it's just what I think, if Troy were an eagle and Dawkins a Steeler and they had the exact same stats as they do now id still say Troy is overrated.

Though if Troy came with a super bowl for the eagles would you take him over Dawk?🤔

Bijan Robinson only makes sense if Eagles brass are telling Jalen Hurts they don't want him running anymore.  Nick is saying quite the opposite; something like "our QB has special skills and we're going to use those special skills".

Sanders did get 260 carries last year, but I think the Eagles are going to move back toward the RBBC approach.  In a RBBC, I like Penny/Gainwell/Kendre Miller/Scott.

i see the eagles trading back from the 10th pick to get more picks.

I don't even think Bijan would improve their running game much. Not because he's not great but because their running game is already elite. There's wasn't a ton of meat left on the bone.

If you were to simulate two Eagles seasons. One with Bijan as currently constructed and another with the current RBs plus a mid round RB, I think the total yardage of all their RBs would be relatively the same.

The way people talk about Robinson they act like this was the 30th ranked rushing attack last year and he's going to come in and rush for 2,000 yards at 8 ypc.

Robinson isn't going to transform this offense.  But I do like the idea of using a RB more in short-yardage situations and limiting Hurts' exposure.

They seem to be higher on Sermon than we are.  If he can be someone to chew up yards in between the tackles, then the RB room is set.

Not paying for that. Absurd pricing.

I went to Game Pass, now NFL +, years ago.  I found watching the Eagles on local TV plus one game in the other time slot, which at least two thirds of the time was the nationally televised selection that was on regular TV just wasn’t worth the cost.  With NFL+, I get preseason games, condensed games after broadcast times at anytime.  For those that don’t like that NFL+ comes to your computer or on the app, no problem with an HDMI cable. A real plus with the condensed games s 40 minute games. All the fluff is gone.  Plus it is hilarious when the color guy gets diarrhea of the mouth over a few plays because of where the sound cuts.  But I am like @mattwill, I watch the games for the football so I don’t care if I already know who won.  Bonus, if I am traveling I can watch Eagles games.  Bonus, bonus, as a guy that loves secondary plays and what the Xs and Os look like real time, I get the All22.  Probably not for folks that like to chat during the game but NBD, especially if I am traveling.  I think my NFL+ will cost $79 again this year.  BTW, past games are still available,

(Full disclosure, I have a huge issue on several tiers, including fraud, with YouTube TV.  I warn any of you that sign up don’t change your email, loose your passwords or do anything that passes attempts at cancellation on to your heirs.  I got billed for an account I didn’t have for 12 months before taking the drastic step of cancelling the credit card including three days of multiple $2,$3 and $5 dollar charges for close to $200. Google is no help on cancellation of account you don’t have.  No phone numbers, hang up on calls to HQ if you can get through the switchboard.  Took me two months to cancel my sister’s account and despite proving she was dead, I am the court appointed Administer of her estate and her sole heir, have hidden behind privacy to my demand for disclosures about her account. Tech giants are so fun.)

This isn't true. None of our backs have great vision. He also would immediately be our best short-yardage back. Hell, he's probably the best receiving back on day 1 too.

Not sure it will be as elite with the RBBC approach. Once Penny on injured,  no one is s good as Sanders. Maybe Gainwell takes another step and is on that level,  but he's slight and you can't give him the ball every time.

Sermon is a big question mark.

The RBBC can work with the right personnel but they're still lacking a short yardage back for goal line,  and to take those QB sneak hits off of Hurts' body.

Bijan could be that guy,  and more since he can be the bellcow. But they can also do it with Charbonnet. Or even Chris Rodriguez in like round 7.

Starting to think more and more that Skoronski is going to be the pick..  Also just noticed Draft Network has Kei'Trel Clark as their 36th ranked player
