That's a bit concerning. He shouldn't need anyone to "keep him in line", that not fair to Davis either to be his watchdog.

We took out more trash this weekend. Publicly harassing VA (who saved the EMB and is trying to focus on the technology, marketing & ad revenue) will not be tolerated. Taking a fun football me

Even more of a red flag if you ask me.  Coaches don't matter, captains don't matter, just Jordan Davis.  Stay as far away from Carter as you can.

Everyone is influenced by the people around them.  It sounds like Davis is a good influence and has a good relationship with Davis.  Carter's talent is very good.  His off field issues are concerning enough that you hope the team that takes him has a support system for him so he succeeds.  It's no different than any other job.  I have seen plenty of talented people let their lives spiral out of control because they were around people that enabled their worst behaviors.

Nope Kancey went 54th in my mock 🙂

Who are some sleeper names/names we haven't talked much about you think we might have interest in trading for?

Like Darnell Savage Jr. & Derrick Brown

Her voice should’ve done that already

I can totally see Nolan smith going in the top 10. I wouldn’t be surprised if teams have him higher on their board than someone like van ness.

also feels like Gonzalez is likely going to go to the lions. Brought in some secondary guys but their corners aren either not signed long term or not the future so he makes sense (Sutton is 2 years where there’s an opt out, Moseley is a 1 year deal and Lucas is a 7th rounder who’s likely not a starter long term and was awful last year). Although would any of us be shocked if the cardinals did something stupid and took Gonzalez over Williams? I wouldn’t. Then again maybe cardinals trade back with someone like the raiders and then take Gonzalez after that trade as Williams is likely off the board by then

Nice things going well with the giants

Who knew that paying a lower to mid-tier QB (who didn't earn an extension with his play) an obscene amount of money would result in the good players on the team demanding more money?

Paying a Daniel Jones $40M ruins your entire salary cap structure.  It would have been so easy for the Giants to simply sign a bridge QB for a fifth of the cost or less to do exactly the same thing as Jones does for the offense.

Go Giants Go.

100%. Would be great though!

Jake Witt is not getting out of RD4.

Because as a few have stated, he was overrated likely because of the team he played for.

He had .5 sacks, 3 interceptions, 40 tackles and 0 forced fumbles in 15 postseason games.

In 18 postseason games dawk had 2 sacks, 4 interceptions, 70 tackles and 3 forced fumbles.

The only difference is one won their super bowl (5 tackles, no sacks, no int, no ff) and the other didn't (2 tackles, no sacks, no int, one ff).

There was no reason Polamalu should have made first ballot.

Eli manning 100% first ballot also right?

But stats are super important!!!!!!!!!  Make up your mind please

Giants fans and the giants organization’s infatuation with Daniel jones is pretty amazing. I think he got better last year but i don’t see his ceiling being anything close to good enough to get you to where you want to go.  Even if you give him better weapons i don’t think he’s getting you to being a SB contender. You are just being a fringe playoff team that is stuck in purgatory

I think Stevenson is the only one I haven't seen consistently mocked in the 1st round. I see Smith and Gonzalez in the top 10-15 a lot, Kancey looks like he will go anywhere from 12-25, and Forbes I see a lot at the end of round 1. Are we going to see 4-5 QBs and 6+ CBs go in the 1st round this year?

Yeah, I mean there's no point in even pondering about that one. Just bypass players that should obviously be gone.

Guarantee getting 4 QBs. Stroud, young, Levis and Richardson are gonna be first rounders. I wouldn’t be surprised if we saw a 5th at the end of the first round.

If Desai is committed to using Nolan across from Reddick on base downs in a 5-1/3-4 and conserving Sweat for 4DL/known passing situations then I'm fine with him at 10 (as he'll have an early opportunity for volume snaps that align with his skillset, otherwise he's just bumping Patrick Johnson on the depth chart imo).  Kancey or the Needle at 30 would be nice, but I'm not looking for them inside the top-20.  Gonzalez is CB1, and I don't know a ton about Stevenson.

Great another insane lineman

I agree. I don’t love OL high this year. At all. I’d be all for RT if there was a worthy prospect at 10 but there isn’t. It’s time to maximize the offense for the current window. I’m taking bijan.

Would Bijan help the defense get off the field with the game tied and less than 5 minutes on the clock?
