Walmart profit increase from 2012-2016 was 13.32%. 2016-2020 was 6.78% ( impacted by Covid ) and then the increase from 2020-2024 was 22.13%. Does not take a genius, someone with an Econ degree, or even a college education to figure out these companies price gouged to recoup what they lost from the impact of Covid. They are not just going to stop lining there pockets because DJT says so.
