Regarding the trans issue - it isn’t just the abhorrent practice of allowing kids to be sterilized and mutilated.. the ped who posts on this board endorses this practice btw - or tbf supports Lupron injections to halt puberty- strange that such a statistically insignificant practice has support of the medical professional in this tiny community but I digress. It’s bad enough for that to happen for kids but it’s the entire culture of this wildly statistically insignificant event being shoved down every child’s throat. Gender neutral restrooms, boys in girls sports, pronouns. Please don’t assert this isn’t happening in schools. I worked for a school that it absolutely happened in. A father who abandoned his 3 kids to move to NYC, call himself a woman, and start a transgender education company that literally goes into schools (like it did the one of the kids he left behind) and train staff on "inclusivity”, proper language enforcement (don’t refer to students as boys and girls use the term "folks”, etc). I see lots of women using their kids supposed gender confusion on their social media in the name of being an example for acceptance. Except maybe when your 5 year old is 16 he will be embarrassed that you plastered his silly phase all over the internet where it will live for eternity. And kids are impressionable. It’s not a coincidence that a much higher incidence of gender confusion happens with celeb kids who then influence regular kids with how different and edgy they are. This is all part of just one issue some on the left want to stick their heads in the sand over and say oh it’s not really happening. I don’t care about it so why should you. Again - we care because it’s being treated as an enormous thing in our communities.

So I just spent the last five minutes reading up on this, as you suggested, and I don't have any clue about how this has turned into some boogeyman for you or anyone else.

Gender affirming surgeries almost never happen. And on the extremely rare cases they do, 80% of them are chest reductions. In addition patients are 15 and older.

Anyway, that's as much time and effort I'm willing to give on an issue I already knew (just based on basic human intuition and logic) wasn't actually an issue for anyone other than people who live in fear of sending their kids to school as one gender and having them come home as another. 

My suggestion to you would be to use some of that alpha male energy and stop hiding in the corner from a non-existent trans monster that doesn't exist.

Or you could understand that some people aren't as fortunate as most of us and they have to carry balances.

A single mother making 40k probably doesn't have much left after taxes, food, rent, gas, and utilities, so what happens when the kids need clothes or shoes? What happens when the heater breaks or they need new tires? 

We probably haven't carried a balance in a long time, but many don't have that choice.

They have no choice but to borrow money they can't afford to pay back, so we should use the full weight of the federal government to implement national price controls on revolving credit loans to make life easier on them?
