Agreed. But after the election. The cleanup and funding process is going to take months. If by some miracle Trump loses, that'll be the end of the MAGA era. At that point I'd be entirely comfortable letting these Trump loyalist rot in their own cesspools they've created. I wouldn't give those states another dime.

But Trump did exactly that.  He withheld approved funds for both California and Puerto Rico because he didn't like the democrat governors in charge who weren't drooling over his response publicly.  he gave Texas and North Carolina everything they needed for Harvey and Dorian.
