There are plenty of board members who use CVON almost exclusively for political discussion in lieu of arguing with friends and family members. Better to get it out of your system here than to strain relationships with important people in your life.

October 13, 20241 yr I was reading this thread before I went to Walmart to pick some things up this morning, so I made a mental note to count up signs on my drive there and back (for context, I take 2 different routes to and from the store and I live in a county that is approximately 70% registered Republican, 20% Democrat, and 10% Independent). On my drive I saw: 11 Trump Signs (7 of them in one front yard, and 4 other houses with 1 each) 5 Harris Signs (all on separate properties) 2 Real Estate Signs (one "Closed" and one "Pending"- none "For Sale" 2 Signs Advertising that they are looking for CDL Drivers 1 Sign "Beware: Children at Play" (there weren't actually any children at play) 1 Sign "Wu Tang is Forever" 4 Years ago on the same drive I saw 16 properties with Trump signs (for a total of 20- the guy with 7 now only had 5 signs 4 years ago- he's really, really voting extra hard for Trump this time) and 1 with a Biden sign. No signs for CDL drivers, Wu Tang, or available Real Estate, and 1 sign for Children at Play (there weren't any children playing there 4 years ago either- I'm beginning to think that's some kind of scam...)
