I guess not doing it gives them more roster flexibility but I don't think it saves them money.  It's also possible some other teams have shown him interest.

I think is more explosive than hunt. I think hunt is a better pass protector and potentially pass catcher at this stage of his career. I kind of think ford is gonna get first and second down whereas hunt is going to be a passing down back sprinkled in with a couple of carries.

I would like to see them play Brown more. Because if you get to the trade deadline and he’s not progressing like you thought, then you really should go out and get yourself a better safety. Especially because when the trade deadline hits you have the toughest part of your schedule coming up with a lot of really good offenses.

We don't want that to be our best option.  On Thursday, it was.  The GM spends the offseason and the coaches spend the off days trying to design better options.  Sometimes, that's just how it goes.  If it's like that every week, then the offense needs to be re-evaluated. 

Whatever it takes to get the win is the best option. That's why Bill is so successful in NE. Even with Brady he'll have him check it down to the same RB 100 times until you stop it he DGAF.

Jags looked good in week 1 yet managed to score 31 and have 6 3 and outs. That’s actually impressive they got to 31. I think the bengals is cause burrow isn’t healthy. Feels like his calf issue might be something that lingers for at least half the year and he tweaked it last week.

Wonder if there's some correlation with the three and outs and the horrible weather that many teams faced in Week 1 in addition to minimal pre-season live bullet reps.
