Thanks.  That means the only "good" punt was the third one.  It also explains the good Punt Return on the second punt.

Second one worked.  Hang time is important but not the only thing.  43 yard gross and 38.3 net isn’t bad.  Decent coverage and decent placement.  Outpunted May because of Covey’s returns.  Wasteam had one return for 14 yards. Other two were fair catches.  Covey had 3 returns for 38, one fair catch and Wasteam had one downed.  So Mann and the punt coverage team had better results.  Mann had a better gross and net than Way.  Not completely sold on Mann yet but projects better than Sisposs at this point, IMHO.

Think that’s all pretty logical and likely. But it may be Devon Allen over Ward.

Who returns punts then? Oz?

Frankly, I find these tweets insulting to Mama Kelce and to some degree Ed.  Yeah, it’s a play on the whole Wilson alleged relationship with one of his mom’s friends but from the perspective of Jason and his Mom, it’s disrespectful and sophomoric.  Oh wait, that’s the very business model of TMZ.

Slay said in his Podcast the Defense takes responsibility for the last drive.  But they were playing off to keep the plays in front of them and milk clock.  I'm sorry but even with the AJ penalty, they should have gotten a stop on that drive.  Everyone keeps harping on the Jalen throwing the TD but a FG is not a lock even though Jake has been money.  Jalen saw how much AJ was burning Forbes and made a check.  It worked.   Our Defense has to get a stop with one timeout and less than 2 minutes.  Yes they redeemed themselves in overtime getting the stop but that last drive shouldn't have happen.  I'm fully aware we are dealing in injuries on D.  But we have to clean that up.  There are QB's much better than Sam Howell we will be playing this year.

When you get the best game of the season from the opposing QB every week, it eventually says something about your defense.

Yeah…there’s definitely a point to be made there.  But this game was different… There was a definite effort to move him around and get the ball out very quickly.  Same with Baker.  The Eagles pass rush is still feared.  It’s the back end that needs adjusting.  I don’t understand whether or not playing closer up and coverage…and more physical.  There is way too much cushion for the way offenses are scheming against our dline

Maybe it just feels this way, but I feel like the Eagles every year in at least 1-2 games (since 2018) late in the 4th quarter or overtime the defense gets into a 3rd in like 15+. Then gives up a chunk of yards playing soft and it comes back and bites them in the ass. It’s felt this way since like 2018

I disagree.  With Swift and this OL, they should have been able to milk the clock to under 1 minute and no timeouts left for them.  I will take my chance with a jake 30 yard FG and the other team having to go 40-50 yards with 45 seconds and no timeouts left.

A beauty. Jalen has tried this more this year. If he continues that, then he's going to be good for a while.

Also, can't believe some people were mad he attempted that.

Perhaps an unpopular opinion, but I think Jobe has been decent. Edmonds just does nothing it seems.

Pretty sure it's a joke, dude. As in, someone on the internet made the meme, it's not literally a tweet from TMZ.

I agree -- Jobe has been pretty good, IMO. Got burned against Minny, but has held up otherwise. The scheme is killing us with the soft coverage. Play tighter and make QBs hold the ball so the line can get home. Desai is from the "don't get beat deep" school, and we do have issues at safety, but he needs to adjust given our pass rush.

Jake from State Farm put me over the top. That had nothing to do with TS. It was really weird that he was at both games with her. It just seems way too forced and fabricated now.

State Farm is a sponsor of New Heights, the brothers’ podcast.  Wouldn’t be surprised if they are working on deepening that commercial relationship, since State Farm dropped Rodgers (and has a relationship with Mahommes).  I am all for Travis and Jason grabbing sponsorships while they can.  Both seem real like able.  If Mama benefits from supporting her sons, that’s great.  Soon she will be as forgotten as McNabb’s mom.

Frankly, I like Blake Lively and not surprised she and Taylor Swift are friendly.  Ryan Reynolds has really savvy with his investments and he and Blake are generous with their money.  Taylor Swift may have pulled the most brilliant intellectual capital move in music history by retaining her music rights and re-recording her catalog.

As I see it, this whole thing involves likeable people.  Don’t blame entities flocking to them.  Smart ones should grab Jason and Kylie after that documentary too.

That was my thought. But I guess Ward does handle both. Albeit in the most non explosive way possible…

Ward makes sense from a PR and WR4 perspective too.  Covey did get some O snaps at the weekend

It's not TMZ, it's a fake tweet

I like Jobe…heck, I think we have real talent at CB.  I do think the coaches can do a better job, putting them in better position.

The Jets and Giants QBs are getting killed.  Glad that the Eagles always invest in OL to protect the QB and power the run game.  Having the best OL coach also help.

Noticed the Jurgens was replaced by Opeta on Sunday.  Was it injury or performance for the switch?  Opeta seemed to hold his own out there.

Edmunds is definitely a weak link. Doesn't seem particularly good at anything, bounces off players and can't tackle and gets stupid penalties. We can't be relying on players like that

Jalen Carter had six pressures Sunday. That’s a great game regardless of him going to the ground a bunch.

He was being taken to the ground. The holding was ridiculous by the commies.
